You know when you have one minor bad experience and you think "oh I'll try it again I can't possibly be screw over twice. Yeah, I was wrong. First time I ordered from them they shorted me so I only received 4/8 cookies I ordered. THIS TIME, I ordered my sandwich toasted and it came cold with raw bacon, not toasted at all, meat not warmed up, nothing. It’s like having water dumped on you while you're sleeping then when you wake up, you get slapped.
Called the store as well, asked if there was issues with their toaster oven or microwave and was told there wasn't.

Have more issues with this location, but stupid me keeps going back. Tonight, ordered two footlongs and a new oreo cookie. We'll, no cookie in the bag. Went back inside and the guy hadn't a clue what I was talking about. Mind you, the oreo cookie was being advertised in the store. Gave us chocolate cookies, but I'm just tired of the laziness and poor service this location seems to excel at.

I ordered a sandwich and the bread smelled and tasted like chocolate chip cookies. I'm not sure if they baked them at the same time in the oven or the pan was cross contaminated, but it was not a pleasant experience.

I ordered from the app twice today. I didn't get what I ordered. The first order earlier in the day was not right. I didn't complain. When I ordered a second time later in the evening, it had almost nothing that I ordered. I asked for a wrap and I got flatbread. I ordered other things to be added to the order and I didn't get any of it even though I paid extra. When I took the food back, the kid argued with me and I just threw the food in the trash. I hate wasting food but I do not like bread. This is ridiculous. Not going back to this place.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. When I arrived at 1:30, the young new female employee was the only one working, was stressed out and took it out on me. I ordered a pickleball club and at the end she slathered it with aioli when I asked for mayo, then when I pointed this out she angrily remade my sandwich. This time, she did not put pickle or turkey, put 1 piece of ham and the wrong cheese...so i was treated like garbage and paid $7 for the wrong sandwich. I will never go back. This is not this girls fault, or the general manager... this is a district management/ franchise owner issue. Care about your customers and employees enough to ensure both are satisfied...allow enough hours/ budget for proper staffing and training.

So much for the “New Management” making any difference at all, this place still seems to suck and not care about quality or customer service whatsoever! Had a very terrible footlong sandwich that I ordered for pick up and the bread was so underbaked that it tasted gummy in texture, the herb and cheese bread was so poorly put together that it was basically just herb. The bread was so severely underbaked that the entire sandwich was inedible. When I reached out via “subway listens” they didn’t even offer a refund or credit for having served this but instead just said sorry thanks for being a loyal customer. Well if that’s all y’all have to say then you have most certainly lost a loyal customer because I won’t be returning if y’all have no interest in making this right. 0/5

Placed an online order, when arriving there was only one worker up front and another just walking around in the back. The One working was busy with customers in the store and he also stated he had several online order's. He was doing his best, the other worker walked out the door at 7pm while the other worker was slammed (What kind of teamwork or even type of coworker leaves one when they are super busy!). Not sure why the guy DID NOT help the other worker who was trying his very best. This place seems understaffed, to me seems like on weekends the would have TWO workers working, especially during dinner time. Waited a long while before my order could be made, due to being UNDERSTAFFED!
Tonight I took my family to Wallace rd subway and there were 2 workers that were very rude. The guy had friends in the store and we watched him comp their meal and when I went to pay after them, I had a coupon and didn't knotice it was expired-8/27/23 coupon and he refused to use it. Then took the coupon. I didn't have a problem with the fact that I paid full price at all. It was the fact he comped his friends entire meal sandwich, drinks, cookies and chips. My coupon was 5 days over, most places would have been nice and took it because all the coupons are the same code just different dates. The female behind the counter that took our order was short with her words. She made our sandwichs sloppy and messy. So when we went to eat our sandwiches they just fell apart.The workers were asking the young kids if they wanted the extra cookies and stuff before she tossed them. Then the male worker proceeded to talk with horrible language while me and my family were eating our meal in the establishment.Then at 9:32 they were both sanding at the counter and were talking about when they wefe going to close the store, then they proceeded to shut the lights down. We got up quickly and left.
