Slowest service for the quality of food.
I went in just after 11:50 to pick up my order I made about 30-40 minutes earlier through the app. There was one woman behind the counter with long bloomed hair in a ponytail. She was helping a customer. Another woman with medium length curly dark hair. She walked in and I got her attention and just asked if she could check my order. She very rudely told me that she just got here and there were other people waiting. I asked if I could cancel it and she said I needed to do it through the app. I went outside and there was no way to do it on the app. She was adamant that she had no way to do it. I went back in and asked for the corporate number so I could cancel it and she said she just voided it. So she could do it. As I was walking out she yelled how she guesses these people in line don’t matter. I told her I ordered 45 minutes ago and she provided the worst customer service experience I have ever had. She spent a lot of time complaining how two people quit on her. Honestly people quit because of her attitude. People don’t quit jobs, they quit people. I have worked in Customer Service for over 2 decade and I have never been or seen someone treated this way. I will no longer frequent any Subways.

I went in with my sister today and the service was so bad we actually had to walk out of the subway the lady was rude had attitude she did an online order before helping the people in the store she barley changed her gloves and when a guy came in for his online order she stopped making one of our sandwiches and gave him his order but she comes back n starts touching our sandwich with the same gloves and my sister had to quote literally ask her if she was going to change her gloves and she rolled her eyes n goes n tries to change them so we had to walk out as well as she left the bread and all the food open the veggies the meat she had the veggies open the whole time when she was doing the bread and the meat she didn’t close not one thing there was literally flies getting in and touching the bread and the veggies and the meat it was disturbing I think her name started with an a and my sister called n said she will be calling her manager tomorrow she just had a bad attitude and was rude and I had called just now to ask for her name and she said she can not give it to me and I don’t quite understand why I also told her I will be calling her manager tomorrow this lady is so bad at her job she is slow and rude and she is unsanitary she needs to be fired and as her looks did not meet the standard requirements as her hair was all napy and gross looking and once again she barley even changed her gloves we had to leave we could not get food from this place

Couldn't even give it one star. Tried to order the steak and guacamole sandwich which was even difficult due to employee with an attitude. Mad to be at work im guessing. Then I couldn't have guacamole cuz it was still frozen. (So much for advertisement saying always fresh...lol)Then she pretty much threw the steak on all mad at something apparently. Just let her off the hook and told her to forget it and walked out. Obviously I annoyed her for wanting a sandwich.
One of the co-workers was being slow and rude. All of their online orders were being pushed to the side and ignored.
Service was appalling! Zero stars!!! I drove up to drive thru and before I said anything or was even given a greeting I was told thru the speaker that it would be awhile because she has a customer inside an an online order to fill. I said nothing and waited patiently for over 5 minutes and politely asked if she was almost ready. She then said I TOLD you it would be awhile and repeated in a snaky voice that she had orders she was working on and that she thought I would just come in to make it easier. I then let her know I couldn't come in as I had a dog in the car with me and it was a very hot day. She then said I would just have to wait then. Her pissy attitude was off putting and rather than wait longer for someone who was already behaving over the top, I decided to leave. On the way thru the empty drive thru I decided to go in and find out her name to let the owner know what kind interaction I had had with their less than helpful employee and after she saw me come in and I asked her name she told me she wouldn't give it and If I didn't leave, she'd call the cops...and as the only words I had with her was to ask if she was ready after waiting for over 5 min just to place my order and to ask her name. There was 1 person in line when I got in there and 2 people behind the counter. If that much work sends her into an attitude that drives away paying customers, I feel very sorry the owner of that franchise. Undoubtedly she will deny this whole exchange but after receiving this unprovoked treatment, I'm fairly certain this has to be a repetitive behavior for her. Hopefully no one else has a similar interaction at this store.
Waited over 20 minutes in the drive through for 1 car to get their order taken. Was able to order after roughly 25 minutes and when I got home my order was wrong. Paid for a foot long wrap and got a 6 wrap that wasn't even the wrap I ordered. I've been through the line at In N Out faster with 50 cars in front of me. I would have taken my order back but didn't have another 45 minutes to spare to get it resolved.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch footlong and ask for double meat and the lady making my sandwich literally rolled her eyes. Where they add the meat they have it blocked off so you cannot see them adding the meat to your sandwich. She definitely did not add double meat because she said it would be hard to close the sandwich so I think she's skimped me because of that.
Also I ordered doordash from them this morning with breakfast sandwiches and they forgot my cheese on all three.

I went here again today and ordered a footlong sandwich. I asked for extra olives and the sandwich maker told me that that would be probably like 89 cents extra. He said that unlimited vegetables are not a thing at subway. Plus he did not smile or look at us the whole time.

Understaffed and poor customer service. Noah was condescending and rude. I tried ordering through the drive through and waited about 3min with no response on the intercom, moved up to the window thinking maybe the intercom didn’t work. Waited there a few more minutes with no one appearing. Someone else showed up and parked and after checking the door and finding it locked he asked if if they were open, I said I wasn’t sure since no one had helped me and I hadn’t seen any employees inside but that online it said they should be open. The man noted that someone was opening the door then so he went inside and that’s when Noah came to the window to rudely tell me he was in the restroom and was the only one there so I was going to have to wait for him to help the man inside and that I needed to go through the drive through to the intercom again, shut the window and disappeared. Having only one employee is unacceptable considering he needed to shut the place down to have a restroom break but his tone and attitude were so rude that I just left. So I guess that’s one less food option in West Salem now.

I give this place no stars. The woman working mornings was condescending, laughed at me, and when I said something she cursed me out and said I could never come back. Which I planed on anyhow. The subway on Wallace road in west Salem, OR is way better at being polite and their prices are actually less. I am sure the service is bad then the food might be bad too. Angry employees. You know they do not have to work there if they are just going to call customers names and laugh at them...
the 2 guys working tonight were great and that footlong oreo is all the yummy!
