This place changed hands several months ago. Everything has gone downhill. They don't have pop that is in their adds. The manager is rude and uncaring. I kept thinking things would change, but they have become worse. Today, I witnessed 4 cars leaving without being served.

Of the 4 sandwiches we ordered, half were wrong, and I guess they don't use tortillas anymore. All wraps are made on flat bread? The employees didn't seem to know what was going on or how to make the sandwiches.

I’m a regular at this store and was shocked to see that all the good workers were gone. Leah and cecy were my favorites in the morning ?? the vibes are just not the same anymore it’s a bummer they actually cared for their customers.

Bring Monica back!!!! I made an online order and the lady today messed up multiple times. Even had to throw away entire sandwich. Kept forgetting ingredients. Sloppy performance smashing the mayonnaise bottle, on the top where the mayo comes out, unsanitarily on dirty table to get mayo out ..... I felt like my experience was as bad as Wallace road subway. Guess I'll start driving to keizer for subway. 25$ completely wasted. Don't come here

I almost always order through the app and I don't know why but this location never reads the special instructions for anything I order. Constantly getting cold sandwiches when I ask them to heat up just the meat and cheese. Even when I've ordered it toasted, it's always cold. They need to be taught to read orders.

I ordered an online delivery and was very disappointed when I received my food. My footlong was supposed to have 50% more meat, which I paid $1.90 extra for. It was not only missing the extra meat, but the veggies were so light. I ordered a regular amount of veggies and received less than less. My footling was barebones. I also ordered a 6 inch mexi cali sub which is chicken and avocado. This sandwich is pricier due to the avocado being included, and unfortunately I didn’t receive any avocado on this sub. Also some of my veggies were missing, and the veggies I did get were portioned really lightly. I feel that I really overpaid for a couple of empty subs. I called the store to speak to the manager, the manager was not there. I was told I would get a call back, and I have not. The employees here need to pay more attention to what they are doing.

I have had multiple times using the drive through get told to wait then not ever be contacted back and have missed multiple lunches for work from that. When I finally called I get told I get told it was an audimated message and that theirs nothing they can do. If it was once in a while I’d understand but it’s happened multiple times in a row.

Cecelia is a Rockstar 7 people in line all waiting to oder and this girl all alone also took 4 sandwich call in order! Good was amazing and never once did she lose her cool! They anticipated it would be slow, but everything else is closed. You guys owe her a huge thank you! Keep it

Great sandwiches, horrible customer service
Sandwiches are never toasted so meat is always cold. Otherwise friendly staff and good food. To go always on time. They need to figure out their toaster issue though.
