The place is top of the line with great food, service and a fantastic atmosphere to boot 🥾
Not long ago a friend and I ate a nice meal together while enjoying each other's company in a very pleasant setting.
Swing on by if you want a quick bite to go or stay and enjoy the very nice atmosphere.
'Jackie' makes it all happen I must say
So come on over and top -off your day...
BTW 89¢ drinks when you return with the cup in hand..

I order by app and add extra mayonnaise don't get any plus they add vinegar to my sandwich, only has 1/2 hour to lunch waste time, money and I can't eat.

Stale bread, stale service, and dirty atmosphere! There was only one soda avalible from fountain machine, and was only given option to pay more for a drink in a plastic bottle. I asked about the tea yet there was no sugar to make it a sweet tea. So there meal of the day actually cost more because owner is not switching out machine and even at that it is only Pepsi products. The floors were slippery as could be, kinda greasy feeling. Tables were dirty as well. When sandwich was made the employee took green peppers off sandwich and put them back in tray saying they did not want to get in trouble from owner because they were watching on cameras. I explained that that is against health regulations due to cross contamination. And then stated I can not have more any how, they then grabbed way more and over loaded sandwich out of frustration. Owner is cheep, establishment is dirty and employees are rude.
West Salem on Wallace is the best one in Salem area I have found out.

One gal, working alone, during spring break. To the management, I say totally unacceptable. To the clerk. I say absolutely wonderful job. I couldn't appreciate you more. Food as good as you would expect from Subway. I cannot say enough good stuff about the customer service person. That person was absolutely wonderful. I forgot to get her name.

Just went to subway and they usually have the meats area open for customers to see but they had the metal door up (weird) so I couldn’t see that she quite literally only added 3 pieces of turkey. All I taste is vegetables and sauce. Do better

Literally walked in the door and the cashier saw me, she immediately dipped down to play on her phone and left me sitting there without any greeting while I watched another employee in the back taking selfies, I was the ONLY customer in there so it’s not like they were busy …..sad that this is the kind of customer service world we are living ???

I’ve ordered on line on several occasions and they have consistently gotten my order wrong. I typically get Subway when my family needs a quick meal and don’t have time to go back to correct the order. I have just sucked it up and dealt with it but with tonight’s wrong order and a picky eating daughter who refuses to eat what they did make, I’ve had enough and decided to leave this negative review. I tried to call them to tell them I wanted a refund (don’t have time to get the right sandwich) but there was no answer. Lesson learned, always unwrap and check the order before leaving the restaurant.
