There was a sign that said the oven was broken - but they kept asking people if they wanted their sandwich toasted. Having their sandwich "toasted" was simply microwaving it! The workers also did not pay attention to detail, and were getting confused on very simple aspects of the customers orders. This has been my favorite south Salem Subway, but now it's just a bit sketchy. Not sure where I'll go next time.
I eat at Subway frequently. I was concerned about this one. The toaster oven was out of order, the ice tea was empty, they did not have all items on the items on the menu. The service was ok, but no apologies for lack of. Items requested. I will sti frequent Subway, I enjoy it when it is right. This may have been an off day.
Affordable, a large selection, as per most subway restaurants. This one has some basic tables to suit at, it's attached to a Jamba Juice. They do make it pretty easy to order on the app or online, if you order ahead you can be in and out in a flash.
