Asked for my sandwich to be toasted and showed up and it wasn’t. When I got there as the scheduled time to pick up my food. The employer wasn’t there, door was locked. Waited about 5mins for them to finally open the door. Got my food, & was just disappointed.

Ordered delivery on the subway app. They gave us sandwiches with no toppings or anything just meat and bread. Not what we ordered. There is no way to contact any sort of customer support on the subway app. I am deaf and cannot call them directly I will be disputing the charge with my bank.

I have come to this location a few times. I forgot the store managers name but he is always nice and polite. Many times he is working by himself. There is a older lady there and she is not polite at all. One day I disney realize in Sunday they are opened later and through the window she just had a attitude. This time I went in 2 got to chicken and cheese dippers. I have ordered these at a few location and never had a issue adding bacon. Hello it's an add on its making you more money. I will happily go else where and not support this location. Cause I have never had a issue adding it on.

Carlos helped us and he was very friendly. Answered all our questions, didn't rush us. The restaurant it's self was clean. I highly recommend this location over the Lancaster one.

My husband got us some sandwiches at this subway for the first time. We have been to many subways in many states and this was by far the cleanest food
preparation process we have ever seen in a subway. Wish all Subways were run this well!

They ran out of Italian herb and cheese bread so I had to wait 2 hours to complete my order. I was promised it would be 15 minutes.

Came here after leaving Lancaster/Center for not honoring their coupon, this one did, and had a really kind staff (Kari, and Zander) that made us delicious sandwiches.

My order that was delivered was completely wrong. I ordered 2 6" sandwiches in a meal which means add chips and drinks. The receipt was correct. When door dash delivered, I had 2 foot longs - that's it. $25 with delivery fee. I drove all the way there and was told no delivery refund and - and no credits either. When I got home - the order was still wrong!! Wrong chips in the new bag!!! This is the third time my orders were wrong and once I got slimy lettuce and cucumbers. NO MORE GOING TO THIS ONE!!
