I usually really love the coffee here. i religiously get the rocky road mocha and it’s my favorite. great flavor and thick. WELL today on July 6th 2025 around 9:35am i ordered my rocky road and snickerdoodle mochas and they were garbage! The rocky road tasted like burnt/reused coffee grounds and was SO watered down, didn't even taste like rocky road and the snickerdoodle just tasted like overly sugared water YUCK. the girl working this morning was a thicker young lady with long light brownish hair and wearing a camo long sleeve of i remember correctly. I think she needs to be trained more before shes left solo. I love sun rise espresso but this had to be one of the most disappointing 12 dollars I've ever spent. i've never had such an experience here before

Great location, good service, not very good coffee. I ordered the mocha. I was expecting something full bodied and thick, I get watered down coffee with a little bit of chocolate. Definitely disappointed ☹️

Honestly, I would give them five stars if they were open when they said they would be open. But they are never open unless you go first thing in the morning, but they are definitely not open until two or three on the days that they say because I’ve been there multiple times at 11 or 12 and it’s closed.

Best customer service ever they are all so nice and personalbe. They have really good coffee and sugar free lots of options. I live on the other side of town but drive all way here because how much I love there coffee sugar free options and great great customer service you don't feel rushed or like you a bother looking over the menu.
