We love stopping at Super Pho Beef Noodle Soup whenever we’re passing through Salem. The portions are very generous and fairly inexpensive for how much food you get. Their shrimp salad rolls are a must-have, and we usually order the vermicelli with pork. The meat is flavorful, the veggies fresh and crisp, and the noodles served cold — a perfect combo every time!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. I have been coming here for many years but it has been a minute. The atmosphere was calm. I had their pork and shrimp spring rolls paired with their delicious peanut butter sauce. For my main dish I had their Beef Pho and it came with side continents to pair with the soup.
