I hate to give bad reviews but the food here was really not great. The nigiri with raw fish was room temperature with a literal block of rice. So much so that I cut the rice in half before I ate it. The sushi rolls all have way too much sauce or cream cheese. There were also circulating fruit bowls that looked sad and soggy. I thought about ordering from the a la carte menu after not being able to find anything else I wanted from the rotating conveyor belt but I decided I had seen enough and walked out to eat elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here since I was 12 years old so over 12 years now 😂 and this is still my #1 sushi spot. I love the conveyor belt sushi style but most importantly the fresh amazing rolls. I love the new editions and everything you guys are doing with the place. It was jam packed tonight! The most people I’ve ever seen! I will forever love this spot!!

This place is so overpriced for such basic sushi and for only having 3 pieces on the plate. You’re telling me I have to pay over $3 for 3 pieces of a California Roll? And the same type of sushi weren’t even on the same color plate so the prices were such scattered around. I’m not from Salem, I was just in the area to visit family in the hospital. Were I’m from I could eat the same amount of sushi that I ate here for half the price, more varieties to choose from and the plate will have more than 3 pieces

This is my 5th visit and the selection was fresh and plentiful. I was taken aback when I noticed an employee setting at the bar coughing without covering her mouth as the food passed in front of her.
