Not great. After taking our order and waiting 20+ minutes for our “food” the waitress who took our order came and asked if we had ordered our food and we said yes she told the chefs our order and we said never mind we’ll just leave. Mind you we waited 20+ minutes for absolutely nothing..

I've ordered for delivery from here several times. Never been let down! 10/10 would recommend! Especially for the delivery aspect for a work lunch. If you're looking for a quick bite or want some sushi at home, I would suggest sushi komi hands down! I would recommend their smokey roll especially.

Disappointing to say the least. Food - not authentic Japanese cuisine. We ordered shrimp, vegetable and calamari tempura, miso soup, spicy tuna, inari and tamago. The tempura dipping sauce was watery bland and served cold. Miso soup tasted like soy sauce and the shrimp tempura was not tempura but more like breaded shrimp. Service - there was only 1 other couple in the whole restaurant and our waitress managed to get our order wrong and forgot items we ordered. They were more focused on getting back on their phones.

Ok so first of all, this place is definitely best sushi in salem. I usually come with my family (including cousins) so theres like 7-8 people usually and the staff sets up the bar like nothing. Really fast. The sushi is not processed at all! I see them make it all the time and its fresh. The workers are also amazing too. They are really nice and helpful and work hard. Sushi komi is literally best place ever
This is a little hole In the wall restaurant, but the food is good. We found this place a couple months ago and have been going back every couple weeks. The place isn't fancy, but the staff is very friendly and warm.

I really love this place for variety and it doesn’t break the bank. The tuna tower appetizer is amazing, yakisoba, udon, tempura, actually everything we have had is fresh! My kids love this place, there is something for each of us. Also we love the waiters they have been so kind and remember us! I would eat here every week if I could.

Apparently the menu has not been updated. Some items indicate 6pcs and when you get the order it has 3pcs. It happened to me on a to go order. I called to inquiry about it and the young lady hung up on me - I called back and she said I was yelling at her. I was not, I was inquiring about the discrepancy between the menu and what I received. I ended up talking to the manager who tried to tell me I got a half order. Yet I was charged the amount for 6pcs. These people are liars and they don't care about the customer. And the food has really gone down hill - when it was Sushi Kyo it was much better. Don't waste your time going here. Go to Momiji's further down Commericial, they have a nicer staff and the food is fresh. I won't go back here.
