There is no one in the Salem Keizer area that does sushi at a sit down establishment like Don and Soon. They have been in the game longer than most reading the review have been alive. Starting out with 20 years in the Southern California region before moving to Oregon. He has had multiple restaurants for several decades, but he's in the retirement stage now where he's just running a husband wife operation selling Sushi at a great value. It's definitely gonna be awful hard to beat his quality, expertise and value.

Honestly a hidden gem. My wife and I went here after multiple business meetings. The service was fast and amazing. Food was very delicious. Sushi was good and their rice was perfect. Highly recommend. Would come back for sure!
