One of my favorite carts in the lot. The cheesy corn dogs are so fun to eat, as well as the taiyaki.
So i am now in love… this churro dog is a new and unexpected friend… lemme tell y’all. The hashbrowns and spicy mayo dogs were also delicious .. but i think i found love in a hopeless place
It's so yummy we came all the way from Salem where they used to be so that we could have their food again
This was my third time visiting Sweet Seoul and it just gets better every time! The staff are super helpful and always make recommendations on what to get. They are quick and the food comes out hot! I loved the half and half dog and the cheese pull was crazy! If you’re in Beaverton and craving something yummy this is the spot!
It was orange chicken
DO NOT FALL FOR IT
🚨IT WAS NOT KOREAN🚨
Definitely worth a try! Food was Hot and crispy. So good! I tried the half and half, with hash browns and ketchup.
The mochi was chewy and flavorful. Tasted really fresh, espresso flavor is a must try. The Ramen dog was very crunchy and cheesy.
Have the Korean Corn dog and the fried chicken last night. Both were fantastic. The corn dog was big and crunchy with sweet & spicy sauce. Chicken was flavorful and crunchy too. Will be back
I have been excited to try this place for a while and ordered two half and half corn dogs in different styles. The corn dogs were almost inedible with how messy they were. The batter was still raw in parts, the cheese was overwhelming and between the two corndogs I had about half a hot dogs worth of meat. Probably the worst meal I've paid for in the last year

This truck is at Checkpoint 221, a food court pavilion. I went there with a group of friends and I chose Sweet Seoul as I have never had those flavors before. My other friends chose to go to other food trucks. It was a rainy evening and there were not many other people there. I placed my order and it took over 30 minutes to get my food. My friends had got their food from other trucks and were finished eating before I even got my food. I ordered the Gochujang chicken bowl which is fried chicken over tater tots with a sauce. The chicken was overcooked. It was extremely dry and tough. The tater tots were burned. They were so hard they just crumbled into nothing when trying to eat them. They didn't give me any utensils to eat it with. When I asked for a fork and napkin I was told they didn't have any. Horrible food and a long wait...so disappointing.

So, so delicious. We tried the meat and the cheese corn dogs, as well as the mac and cheese and the strawberry cheesecake taiyaki. All of it was so good. Try this place, just do it. Make your (food) dreams reality.
Vegetarian options: So long as you eat cheese, you will be happy.

The Korean Cheese dog has me OBSESSED. I live at the apartments right across the parking lot and find myself over there 2-3 times a week just for that!

UPDATE 7/30/23 - Took our niece out to try this for the second time and honestly - the Korean dogs are exceptional. The customer service has improved (the lady that handed us the food was very welcoming and offered us samples of the different sauces which was very helpful to decide what we wanted on top) and while the kiosk ordering isn't the best method .. the food is worth it.Go here and try the Korean corn dogs!! Make sure to get a half/half so you can experience the insane cheese pull!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Finally was able to get out and try this food truck at Checkpoint 221. While we know they're "in training" still, we wanted to experience this food everyone has talked about. Going to split this into a two part review.Food wise - the Korean "All Dog" was exceptional. The dog was flavorful and juicy inside but very crisp and yet held together very well. We both agreed it's on the sweeter side with the breading and while we were offered multiple sauces with it - we wanted to try it plain for the experience. Moving forward though, we would get sauce on top next time to offset the sweetness and can totally understand why they offer it as a "sweet and spicy" experience.**Please keep in mind that this isn't offered when you are ordering on the kiosk - only when you pick the dog up.**Ultimately, as a plain corn dog it was a very enjoyable dog and would recommend as a treat for the price. From a service perspective - extremely disappointed. When we went up, there was a kiosk there to "self order" with no real signage or warning that this was the expectation. I feel like if you're going to have a food truck/restaurant, part of driving business and clientelle is to ENGAGE WITH YOUR CUSTOMER. Nobody from inside the truck even acknowledged us as we were ordering. To add insult to the experience, they then ask for a 20-25-30% tip on the screen and while we have zero issue tipping the maximum at places we enjoy and support, we cannot support this tipping with zero service. When my significant other went up to get her dog after being texted from their system it was ready, it wasn't officially ready and the lady didn't seem to want to engage with her either.Again - food wise? Solid 4/5 and would recommend but service was a 0 and need to emphasize that this is a serious turnoff for an establishment that has a social media hype behind it.

I had the half and half corn dog with the Gochujang sauce, which is a sweet, spicy, savory sauce. Holy hell it was lit af.Prices are awesome, the owner was nice and engaged with me and my family despite what I read.
