Sweetly Baked is my favorite Salem sweet spot! My partner is celiac and loves the GF brownie, cookie, and cupcake selections! His favorite is the mint brownie—yum! My go-to are the sweet kolaches, champagne cupcakes (both the raspberry and strawberry are divine), and the chocolate covered pretzels tossed in seasonal sprinkles. The coffee is great, and the sandwiches and salads hit the spot when you have a bit of time to linger. Everything is soft, fresh, and delicious!

Baked goods are my favorite and Sweetly Baked has some of the best in Salem. Try the many cupcakes and cookies they have everyday. I liked the red velvet cupcake and the pumpkin bars. Everything is baked from scratch and delicious! It may be a bit small to eat inside if its busy, but take out is always good.

Im come get lunch here once ever other week. Everyone is always friendly and the Kolaches never let me down.
We recently had Sweetly Baked’s catering cart at my son’s graduation party & it was a total hit! We turned it into a Botana Bar, & our guests couldn’t get enough! I love that the cart is such a fun & flexible addition to any event— you can customize it with all kinds of food, snack, dessert or treat options. Christine & her team were fantastic to work with & the cake was absolutely delicious (as always). Sweetly Baked truly never disappoints!
