Classic American diner. Great food! The perfect breakfast. Bacon and eggs the way you want them. The pancakes are fluffy and I can't imagine finishing that giant stack of fluffy pancakes, all for a great price.
This place is unbeatable for a classic American small town breakfast. Awesome friendly service. 10/10. So good I had to buy a shirt.

We live in the same neighborhood as Sybil’s and it is exactly the type of breakfast joint we wanted our kids to grow up with. My favorite omelette is “The Amber” with pineapple, my daughter loves her hot chocolate with whipped cream and sprinkles, and my husband can’t get enough of their biscuits and gravy. The wait is always bearable, the service is awesome, and the decor is so fun with all the chickens and holiday decor.

I love everything about Sybil's, from the huge variety of omelette combos (crab and cream cheese is my favorite), to their always friendly wait staff. And they have the cheapest coffee in town, to boot! ❤️
I truly enjoyed my visit here. I am a chef so I tend to be very picky when it comes to food especially when I eat out. Generally I end up thinking, " I could have done this better at home in less time!" This place has a very warm home feeling with very friendly workers and the food is good. Just add salt and pepper to your liking and bam great meal. We had 3 orders of chicken fried steak hash browns eggs biscuits and gravy. Everything was well prepared and tasted good. I look forward to my next trip to salem so I can see how some of the other menu items are.

Great Breakfast, at Noon too! Out of how many breakfast places in Salem we happened on this one coming down the 5. Amber was our waitress and couldn’t be any nicer or more professional always there with a refill for the coffee as well . They have an awesome senior special.
