What a gem to stumble upon while waiting for our windshield replacement! Sybil's is a classic family owned diner. There's a whole page of omelettes to choose from. The food is great and service is fast and attentive. They have senior specials for the 60+ crowd. It was obvious that a majority of people there were regulars, giving it a homey vibe.

Great breakfast spot, friendly staff, clean restaurant. The pancakes were just a tad dry, but the warm syrup and fresh, plump blueberries made up for it. The bacon is first rate and the Belgian waffle was excellent. Ordered my eggs over medium so I can mix them in with the hash browns and everything was cooked to perfection. The biscuits and gravy were also fantastic. The biscuit was almost as big as a softball, so a full order will definitely fill you up. And the gravy had the faintest hint of lavender, which sounds strange but was actually great.

Came because of the good reviews and was not disappointed! Omelette menu was insanely overwhelming but our server Jazz guided us through her favorites and was so kind and attentive through the whole meal. She even brought a candle in the birthday boy's omelette! Both omelettes were incredible, hollandaise sauce was the best I've ever had, and the pancakes were top tier too. Cannot say enough great things about our server Jazz either!
