What a gem to stumble upon while waiting for our windshield replacement! Sybil's is a classic family owned diner. There's a whole page of omelettes to choose from. The food is great and service is fast and attentive. They have senior specials for the 60+ crowd. It was obvious that a majority of people there were regulars, giving it a homey vibe.
Great breakfast spot, friendly staff, clean restaurant.
The pancakes were just a tad dry, but the warm syrup and fresh, plump blueberries made up for it.
The bacon is first rate and the Belgian waffle was excellent.
Ordered my eggs over medium so I can mix them in with the hash browns and everything was cooked to perfection. The biscuits and gravy were also fantastic. The biscuit was almost as big as a softball, so a full order will definitely fill you...
