Just went thru drive thru and ordered on the app. When I pulled up to the window I was handed my drink and asked if they could please fill up my creamy jalapeño sauces all the way because they are always only half way full. Simple request to get what I pay for. $0.45 each. So it's like paying $0.90 for one instead of two. She then said ok. She did not say anything to the people making the food then handed me my food with a guilty face like she had no clue I asked her for full sauces what I paid for. Then another worker comes and asks can I help you? I said yes. Can you please fill my sauces up all the way? They are always only half way full. She storms off and asks the people making the food for an extra full sauce. She then gets a bag and hands me the sauce in the bag. I said I don't need the bag. I just want the sauce. She said we can't take the bag back....as I just wait there and then she grabs it and shuts the drive thru window on me as if I was an inconvenience for asking to get what I paid for. Smh. Get home and it is so full it is overflowing out of the lid. Spilling. Crazy. I know it is 2025, but please do better. Not the first time I have been given attitude at this location. I understand these kids are making no money at all, but don't take it out on customers. I wasn't rude. We are not the problem. Please do better

I’ve came here every week the last month and a half too get a orange cream freeze and the machine is ALWAYS “broken” never once has it worked and I ask everytime. I think yall are just Lying to me at this point. Also the last 2 times I went there was literally nothing in my taco. Extremely disappointed. Almost everytime.

My boy Tim! I ordered food online wanting to make it easy since my friends wanted to place orders as well. Tim told me I couldn’t have my food. Why Tim, why? I just wanted my toco. I continued to ask him if I just merge my two orders into one so I didn’t have to go back around in the line that was several cars long. But no tim did not oblige. Tim looked at me and said no you have to come back around. I hope you stub your toe Tim.

Great customer service! Great people who work at Taco Bell!
Food was nothing special. This was just typical Taco Bell food. Servicer was slow. We were the second party inside waiting. The 1st party had to go ask because he had been waiting and waiting. The other problem was that it was absolutely freezing in inside. I don't know if they keep it that way to keep transient out or what. We had to move to a table by the window. I was even cold and I am never cold.

Went in about 5 pm. Waited at counter for 5 min as I wanted to pay in cash . Gave up and used the kiosk and paid by card. The computer or staff screwed up order. So I told them this is not what I ordered. Waited again for the manager to come and argue with me about it. He asked what I wanted and entered it at counter. And I paid again. He then refused to refund me for the first order. When I got home I found both orders to be inedible due to burnt chicken and wilted lettuce. So I ended paying over $30 for the education of never going there again.
