Tacos were received!
It is 7/28/25 around 8:30 pm, the line is around the building and we got cold food so we came back for a refund, someone made an order of more then $200 apparently, then when they told us to pull up to the window they had that car with the big order sitting there for 27 minutes before they made the car pull to the side to wait for their order, then we could finally pull up to the window for OUR REFUND

Went through the drive thru got a bunch of food I bought 4 cantina tacos along with many other items and man did they rip me off I got 4 pieces of tiny chicken in my tacos never again I am so tired of paying 35-45 bucks for absolute garbage

I went here tonight. With my daughter and my friends 2 kids. We had to walk cuz our car got repossessed. I had been pushing my daughter who's 2 in a stroller and the other kids were walking with me and her and the dining room was closed due to construction which we didn't know prior to walking all that ways to get food. Well we figured we'll we came all this way maybe they'll let us take the stroller through the drive way being there's no other way for us to order food. So we got in the drive through line and waited our turn till all the cars ordered and were served about 10 to 15 minutes and we stepped up to the speaker to order and no one greeted us no one spoke to us nothing but breathing into the speaker and laughter at us . They refused to take our order because we were in foot and not in a car. They're attitudes were complete disrespectful and I think this place needs to be shut down or get new staff. This is unacceptable we walked a long ways to get food there and we were laying customers too and I had 3 very hungry kids with me who really needed to eat and I stead we got disrespected and ignored to the point where we just stepped out of line in embarrassment this is not ok. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for this kind of behavior I'll be reaching out to corporate too just a heads up. I'll never come to that establishment ever again. Discrimination at its best.
The last two times I've come to this location have been very unpleasant. First time I waited nearly 30 minutes before anyone even bothered to great me and ask for my order. I used the kiosk but had to pay cash, so I was just waiting at the counter watching ad they purposely ignored me for a super long time, and the place was absolutely filthy. Then the next time I decided to use the drive through. I ordered the chicken cantina bowl but with no avocado salsa or guacamole or anything avocado because I'm allergic, when I got home it looked like they had just mad it as normal then scooped the avocado off. I took one bite and I was sick all night. Extremely upsetting, I will not be coming to this location again.
I hope that this is the Taco Bell on South Commercial across from Fred Meyers. If it is I just want to say you guys didn't listen to me and I can't believe you guys denied me a customer food because I don't have a vehicle everybody in the right mind knows that have in a vehicle and you guys wanted me to go home and starve to death because you refused service to me and that's not right
20+ minute wait thanks to lazy people ordering DoorDash. Store should prioritize the people in the lobby or let customers know about the wait.

Worst service and experience I’ve ever had. Manager was snotty, rude, and flipped us off. Boy at the window was a punk, rude kid who slammed the drive thu window shut after he said we should have had a sales receipt. They never gave us one. They didn’t give us all our order, we got home and discovered they left out two Mexican pizzas. We drove back and they told us we needed a receipt. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ate here twice in 2 days. First time was at the store where I went inside because the line was super long in the drive-thru. With no one ordering ahead of me it took almost 15 minutes to get a quesadilla and two burritos. They cleared the drive-thru line and then some before they could even serve somebody who ordered ahead of all those people in line and hadn't ordered yet. Obviously their focus was on the drive-thru instead of everyone in the lobby.
Their kiosk didn't work correctly, it only gave me the option for email or text receipt and when I chose text I never got a text message. The biggest issue is that they forgot the sour cream on my burritos and I have nothing to show them it was supposed to be there.
Following day I ordered a chicken quesadilla through GrubHub and the order arrived cold (though I can't fault the restaurant 100% for that without knowing) but the chicken inside was completely cooked, it was harder than jerky and there was hardly any to begin with. It's almost like the chicken head either been completely overcooked or sat out for a day and dried out. Extremely disappointing.
