Worst service and experience I’ve ever had. Manager was snotty, rude, and flipped us off. Boy at the window was a punk, rude kid who slammed the drive thu window shut after he said we should have had a sales receipt. They never gave us one. They didn’t give us all our order, we got home and discovered they left out two Mexican pizzas. We drove back and they told us we needed a receipt. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

Ate here twice in 2 days. First time was at the store where I went inside because the line was super long in the drive-thru. With no one ordering ahead of me it took almost 15 minutes to get a quesadilla and two burritos. They cleared the drive-thru line and then some before they could even serve somebody who ordered ahead of all those people in line and hadn't ordered yet. Obviously their focus was on the drive-thru instead of everyone in the lobby.
Their kiosk didn't work correctly, it only gave me the option for email or text receipt and when I chose text I never got a text message. The biggest issue is that they forgot the sour cream on my burritos and I have nothing to show them it was supposed to be there.
Following day I ordered a chicken quesadilla through GrubHub and the order arrived cold (though I can't fault the restaurant 100% for that without knowing) but the chicken inside was completely cooked, it was harder than jerky and there was hardly any to begin with. It's almost like the chicken head either been completely overcooked or sat out for a day and dried out. Extremely disappointing.

Taco Bell is easily my favorite fast food place, but this location is absolutely terrible. The quality of the food is horrendous, and they never get my order right. Place must be run by children.

This is the worst Taco Bell location you can go to in Salem. The orders are never correct and the food is nasty. The atmosphere is always dirty and the workers are immature and need to be trained. They are little baby high schoolers with no priorities besides what color hair they’re getting after their shift. The managers are the worst part of this location. One woman is pregnant and is always using the bathroom and leaves all the employees unintended than they start acting immature. The floors are gross and the bathrooms always smell like dew dew and have brown streaks around the toilet. This is very gross. I’ve been to this location many times and every time my order was never correct and not only, I walked in on a woman doing drugs and she screamed at me when she was the one who didn’t lock the door and there’s always a little baggies with white powder in them Next to the toilet. There’s also graffiti on the lightbulbs that they never seemed to clean. and there’s always way too many homeless people they’re always digging in the trash every time I go there they’re always in the trash and you guys never stop it.
