I had a very unpleasant experience at this Taco Bell location (today at 12:12AM) with one of the employees. I don’t know her name, so I’ll describe her—she had thin eyebrows and several tattoos, but a name tattooed on her left arm stood out.
When we pulled up, we greeted her politely, but she just stared at us in silence. Then, in a rude tone, she snapped, “What are you here for?!” The rest of the interaction was no better. She handed us our food with an annoyed look and didn’t say anything polite or professional throughout the exchange.
This level of customer service was disappointing and uncalled for. I hope management addresses this behavior to improve the experience for future customers.
