food is always good, customer service is mediocre at best. i just wish they could do something about the homeless people blocking the drive thru with their carts.

Be prepared to get ripped off. Time and time again, i don't know why we try again just to be ripped off and leave with an incomplete order. Someone outta start a class action law suit and count me in for all the times they screw you in your order..tonight $13 worth of food left out of our order. And no it's not always convenient to go back. Which is what the response is. I don't want to go back I want to get what I paid for the first time there!

My best friend and I had Taco Bell tonight and it was so good. We tried the loaded beef nachos and new cantina chicken burrito. The nachos were so good. The burritos were cooked just right and very tasty. Our order was correct. We will be back.

Self serve kiosk restaurant so there isn’t an employee to interact with. Order came up without my drink. Grabbed my own which is customary at McDonald’s. Employee got violent against me and refused to allow me to have my purchased drink cup or receive my purchased coffee. Left without anything to avoid violence.
