It’s late, I’m not going to go back at this time. Complaint is I found 2 hairs in my taco. First thing I ate. First one was a black hair. The second hair was white. I don’t want to touch anything else I ordered.

Food didn't taste good. Most of the potatoes were dry and burnt and I even tasted one that had a moldy taste. The Baja blast tasted like they didn't clean out the dispenser for a couple of days. Wait time was also worse than expected. If you have a choice, go to another taco bell instead!

If I could give negative stars for this review, I would. I only have 30 minutes for my lunch, and usually, this was my go-to spot, not anymore. I sat in line for over 20 minutes waiting for my food. I never received it. No refund, nothing. I already paid for it, and nobody canceled. Thanks for making me pay money to miss lunch and for ruining my day.

They dont even bother cutting the quesadillas even if its for young kids and you specifically mention you need it cut for a kid.

I just ordered a Doordash and the coffee wasn't secured properly and spilled all over the bag. The only reason I'm not giving a single star was because it wasn't the delivery guy's fault the coffee spilled, but because the cup holder used for the coffee wasn't secure and went all over the bag and his jeans, and we were both alright with it, though now I basically got scammed out of a coffee because of a worker's incompetence
