Multiple times I've gotten my order wrong, but this all came to a head when I ordered a breakfast burrito and a breakfast quesadilla meal and got a crunchwrap meal. 11 dollars of food ordered, 6 dollars of food recieved.

Toilet paper rolls sitting on the ground in the women's restroom. You cannot do this, it's unsanitary! Disgusting! If you can't provide a healthy environment, then you shouldn't be in business!

Hands-down, worst Taco Bell in Salem don't go here waste of time and money management needs to do completely re-haul of the management crew filthy kitchen filthy dining room filthy outside disgusting food always messed up our orders. The store just needs to be torn down.

This used to be the taco bell my friends and I would go to even though it's further from the one closer to where I live, just because the food was way better. Hate to say it, but the last few times I've been there, the food has been pretty bad. Tonight, I went, and I have half a taco I'll be throwing away because, for some reason, it tastes like a hotdog, and my quesadilla literally had hair on it. In the picture, you can see a long hair even sitting on the outside of the wrapper. Im bald. Its not mine. Yeah, I think I'm done with this Taco Bell. And I usually don't leave bad reviews. But this was enough for me to feel I should warn others. I will say the girl was fairly nice for the most part, though, so I guess I'll give 2 stars lol

I frequent this Taco Bell a lot, cause I live by it. Whether I order through the app, or go through the drive thru usually it’s been ok to buy from this Taco Bell, even normally friendly and attentive. Today however 11/30/24, I went to pick up an order for myself. When I walked in, workers were calling out other people’s names for orders to be picked up. Not once, did anybody ask if I needed anything, wanted to buy anything. 10 minutes must’ve went by without anybody helping me. I walked to the side of the front counter by the employee walking/ work area. And politely said to the manager “is there an order for Joyce.” As he rashly checked and handed me the bag. I had to correct him and be like “uhm, that’s probably the medium soda I ordered also sitting right there.” He handed it to me and just went back to work. I was going there afew times a week and ordering food as I’ve already stated. Cause of today, I’d rather drive 2 miles down the road to a different Taco Bell, instead of this one which I live feet from. Customer service should come first. My food, was cold and I had to reheat it. Probably cause they took so long to even actually help me, as I said I had to ask. Nobody initially helped me at all 👎🏼👎🏼

You give a dollars worth of ingredients to save ten bucks at the end of the week. This burrito SUCKS and I could eat five, that would cost 25 bucks, though. Act like people eat food. Thick as a snickers bar.

Usually right in point but sometimes they ruin the nacho fries so be careful lol. Did have a bad experience and manager Jerry literally called us and offered a free meal and a digital coupon which was $10 off so that was very nice! I was impressed with that.
