Here I am, sitting in the dining area waiting for my food (way too long of a wait btw). To make it worse I witnessed an employee use the restroom, and then return to work immediately without washing hands. I’ll be complaining to Oregon Health Authority as well.

Food taste good but something wrong with their soda. Everything taste like feet or mold. Recommend a different tacbell if you want a drink. Not flat just taste horrible.

This is absolutely the worst experience here. They don't know how to make anything. My crunchwrap is actually a soft wrap and forgot my chips for the nachos. Also my order should have had tacos but didn't. I have know idea why but this city is the worst. I've ordered taco bell in about 3 dozen cities and this by far is the worst.

Drinks taste like mold. Went inside to pee and the bathroom is like a horror movie, can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. Health code violations all around.

I went through the drive view to get dinner. Person working the drive through was helpful. The menu was such small print I could very see the words. From the time arrived and getting to the menu I must of sat 20 minutes to place my order, then had to wait about another 15 minutes to get my order. The food was OK, my chiplia was slightly warm the burrito was slightly warm the taco was the only thing that tasted fresh.

The tacos had no consistency to the amount of food in each of them. There were were four tacos all together. Some had a lot of meat. Some had hardly any meat and a lot of lettuce. They just tore off today.

The guy who took my order was amazing but they got my entire order wrong. I was clear about needing beef chalupas and they still have me chicken, we also asked for all soft tacos and they gave us all hard. It wasn't a hard order.

I love Taco Bell, do not get me wrong, tonight may have just been a bad night for this location. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered a few things of large nacho fries and a burrito. Got to the window and at first they offered us a free item for waiting, which was greatly appreciated. They then asked us a bit later while still at the window if we were okay with just two orders of nacho fries and two tacos instead of the third order. We had specifically ordered the three for a reason, so we didn’t really want to substitute it out, especially for something that is nowhere near similar to nacho fries. Waited a bit, got our food, and got home to discover that they had buried three very poorly made nacho fries in the bottom of the bag. We ordered large, and all three were halfway full, if that. Pretty sure they divided up the two nacho fries they originally had into three containers in order to get us out of the drive thru. We also didn’t get the first taco we were initially promised, but we at least got the burrito we ordered. Probably going to try a different location for the foreseeable future or just take a break from Taco Bell as a whole for a while. Photos were taken once we fully checked our order, not even having left the car yet before entering our home. We should’ve checked before we left the store, that’s on us unfortunately.

This is by far the best Taco Bell in town. Staff is always great and they package their bags perfectly tbh. Anytime there has been a mistake (which is rare) they are always happy to fix the order and that's why I will always recommend this location. Only ever been to the drive thru so atmosphere was 10/10.

Dragon's World

Check your food before leaving the drive thru! Haven't been to a Tbell in forever and was very excited to try the 7layer burritos today since the Y2K menu brought them back. Ordered two through the drive thru, even was asked to check the order on the screen for correctness but got home to find that I had been given two cheesy rice and bean burritos instead. Had to drive all the way back and didn't get anything comped which would have been nice since I had to make double the trips to get what I had originally ordered. Taco Bell just isn't what it used to be sadly.

This is the second time they mess up my order. I get off work at 11 pm, so I'm usually around there at 12 am- 3 am. The first time this happened my friend called them to tell them the forgot half our order, i do give that team then props for discounting our food and fixing it, but tonight we got all the way home before realizing and only one item was correct not including our drinks. We ordered the 9 dollar luxe box, and two beefy 5 layers, we got the box and 4 cheesy roll ups and a very bad quality crunch wrap. The crunch wrap was not crunchy enough and the nacho cheese was everywhere in the bag. The only reasons I go to this location it's the closest and I get off so late I'm tired.
