They seem to always mees up my family's food it's 1 of 3 things something is missing ,something is not made right ,or it's absolutely cold so done they will be losing us as customers most likely.

They don't care about customer service or getting your order correct even when your getting it corrected for the second time stop going to taco bell u pay just as much in a regular restaurant any way might as well go some where that cares about there customers

i went to taco bell last night 3/20/24 at 11:40pm and I got helped right away i placed my order at the drive thru and paid everything was fine. checked the bag to make sure everything was correct. and it wasnt I ordered a nacho bell grande with extra cheese sauce and extra sour cream. And im assuming i got a loaded beef nacho that it what shows on my receipt but that isnt what i wanted. So no biggie pull back around and have them fix it and I again said I wanted a nacho bell grande with my extra stuff and I again got the same nasty thing as before. And i wasnt feeling well last night that I wasnt going to waste my time to go thru the line again to have everything else cold. so i get home and just try to eat it and i couldnt it was slob with guacamole and i hate guacamole so i didnt even try to eat it. i got my husband a mexican pizza and a bean burrito and he couldnt even eat his. and what i could eat the meat tasted funky like not right at all. i would like someone to tell me why is it i can only get my food the way i want when i go inside and use the kiosk machine and tell them what i want. And I want the food i should of gotten last night replaced correctly and I want a refund. this isnt the first time this has happened but im sick of wasting money on food i cant eat cuz they cant give me the correct thing i ordered. i look forward to getting your reply on this matter. whats frustrating is i went thru the drive thru 2 times and neither times did i get my correct order. i just cant believe this is the best that taco bell can give people. So i do recommend coming to this place ever cuz the one by my house cant get it right either so i went to the other one down the street and they cant do it either. all i want is what i paid for fixed. i have my reciept still as well

On Tuesday I had gone for late night dinner for my daughter and myself. We ordered they repeated the order back 100% correct when we got home the order was incorrect. I called and I spoke with Craig or Greg the Name Escapes me and he said no problem we'll fix it for you whenever you can come in. I made it in today and was told that I would still have to pay for the drinks that were included in the meal because they weren't messed up and that no one by the name I gave them work there and they don't know who would have answered the phone. That is the most unprecedented uncharacteristically unsympathetic service I have received from Taco Bell in a long time it has truly fell. I will not be back.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a taco supreme for my granddaughter. When I got home, the shell had been crunched and was in little pieces ... she ate it with a spoon. I don't know what's going on down there, but that was really weird. It was definitely done on purpose but why?? Are they bored? Or just mean...Karma, what goes around .........

By far the worst Taco Bell I went to. I had issues with the app (not their fault) so I when inside to order, I was rudely interrupted while ordering on the kiosk because no one would help me at the counter. The woman who interrupted me also interrupted a phone call with my neurologist. They also screwed up my food so half of it I couldn’t eat because the food had my allergen in it.
