The bean burrito that I ordered went down in price from 2.99 to 2.39 which was great except for the fact that it was half the size it used to be. Plus there was NO sauce on the burrito and none in the bag after they asked me would I like sauce and I said yes please. I'll never go back but Taco Bell you need to do better.

Literally have been there about 10 times in the last 2 months and they have never gotten my order right I hate sour cream and I always remind them about four times no sour cream right and they look at me in the face and tell me that there isn't and I get home there's sour cream straight up through up their little children that think they deserve more than 15 an hour when they can't even get a simple order right Don't go here I'd recommend going to the other ones but in reality the other ones do the same thing but not as much

This particular location has always been very fast with good service, although I don't like their new greeting where they ask you about the app... I get that they're trying to be a commercial but instead they should just focus on taking orders at the locations.. that said, this location has good service.. I mean it's Taco Bell folks. Just know what to expect... Very clean location though and it's amongst the newest in Salem.

Employees miserable to deal with and very slow. Over priced cold food. 2.89 for a large drink??? Wendys has larger drinks for cheaper. Worst cleaning job I've ever seen.
