Food is fine but they suck at mobile orders for pick up. I'll order five or so minutes before I get there and get my food five minutes after my friend gets the food they ordered on arrival. Kinda dumb

Great experience! I was greeted upon entering the store. Was told they would be with me in a minute. My families order was taken and delivered to us as we decided to eat in. Everyone was pleasent and knowledgeable when asked about the new options on the menu.

Yeah this place is all right but let's be honest it needs an actual Bell. There's too much Taco here and not enough Bell. The window kid shamelessly hands me the burrito I ordered and didn't even ask me what religion I adhere to. This led to a mental breakdown among 3 women behind me in the line. In the end, I got out of there with only a few scratches. Can't speak for the three women though; you'll have to ask them.

Went inside to order at the counter. Was impressed with the employee taking my order. A $20 bill was mixed in with some ones. He quickly saw it and handed it back. Glad for the honesty, it inspired me to watch the employees making all the meals. Cannot say enough good comments of what I saw. All were working hard getting orders out. Checking and re checking orders to make sure they were right. Having spent years in a production atmosphere, I seldom get the chance to see a well-oiled production line like this. Hats off to all working there after noon on the 14th. Much thanks to you all. You are appreciated.
