The way they assemble their delivery orders is so disappointing compared to their in person dinning experience. Even though my order states to provide cutlery and condiments nothing was added to the bag other than the order itself, and Raven the manager was extremely unhelpful and unapologetic when notified. The portions for carry-out are noticeably smaller than in restaurant dinning portions. Thai orchid will just not be a place I order to go anymore.

I usually get takeout, and the new packaging to go sucks! Please bring it back to how it used to be. I am disappointed, and you also get less food. I will only be doing takeout if I absolutely have to! I did dine in after this experience, and it was a lot better. I was right about the portions. I didn’t let this affect the rating only because the taste and freshness are that good.

Ordered chicken wontons appetizer and it was horrible. It was just a deep fried wonton. When I called to find out what was suppost to be in it, they said the chicken is flat and that's the way it is. All I can see inside is a chive maybe lol. Put some big pieces of chicken, come on. So if you want a flat wonton, then that's the app for you.
This establishment is one of my favs. I have eaten there many times. The food is always good.

I haven’t been in awhile until recently and I’m very disappointed about the to go packaging, I never have the time to eat in but for the portions they are not the same as dinning in. I would hope they go back to the normal to goes. Until then we’ll just have to find somewhere else
