I think Human Bean has the best coffee. Their breakfast sandwiches are good. The only reason they get a 4 on food is that it is pretty standard grab and go fare. The service is always friendly.

There are certain things that I cannot have in my system or become very ill. There was a mistake made on my coffee, and I called after the fact. They could not have handled it better. I was treated with nothing but respect and apologies. I was not angry at them because I absolutely love the people that work there, but they definitely went above and beyond making things right I even got a few free drinks out of it. Lol. Thank you, ladies for treating me so well after the mistake was made. I think you’re great.

Recently the store can’t seem to open on time. At least 4 times in past couple weeks now no one is there at 530am. So who knows when they are actually opening? I’ve tried calling a few various times throughout the day and no one ever answers the phone. Very frustrating.

Parking: Generally, drive-through but can walk up as well. Easy access.
I hate to leave bad reviews, but I have bought several sugar-free mochas at the So Commercial location and they have tasted pretty bad. They are kind of bitter, taste like they are made with water and have very little flavor. I didn't even finish drinking them. I have gotten the same drink at other HB locations and they were better. The ones from Salem tasted like water with some bitter, chalky chocolate added. I have gotten drinks down in Medford where HB started and they tasted a lot better. Not sure what the problem is, but it is disappointing.
