Amazing food, friendly staff and great, atmosphere that honors the name. We got the layback stack and banh mi tacos. They were so delicious, especially considering the affordable prices. We also tasted some beers and ciders. We will be coming back.
Hummus plate was good, the special for today was amazing; essentially a fried version of the layback stack. They were amazing enough to get my little guy, a dachshund, a birthday dinner. Couldn't be more pleased.

This food truck in Salem needs some love people. The food is outstanding. Tonight I found it right next to Tsunami Taproom, that place is excellent by the way. We shared the Bahn Mi Tacos & the fried Jalapeño rings, both were delicious. The tacos were on point. If I ever come back this way, I'll look for The Layback Food Shack!
