We used to come here often and stopped a few years ago due to bad experiences. We decdied to try for dinner tonight and it was a great meal. Deelilah B is the main reason for this 5 star review. She was truly fantastic and provided phenomenal service. The restaurant was packed and she made sure everyone had what they needed. The food was great overall too, no complaints with our dinners. The cocktails were not our favorite but everything else was pretty stellar.

Food and beer was delicious as expected, so no complaints there. Service from our young inexperienced server was lacking, mostly because she seemingly could only remember one request at a time, such as us asking for a to-go box and the check, we only got the check. Now here's where it got embarrassing. We paid our bill of $65 check with a crisp new $100 dollar bill, fresh from the bank. Our server and 7 other employees took the bill to authenticate it, yet no one knew what they were looking at. Soon other customers began looking at us to add to our embarrassment as if we were criminals. After 10 minutes, our change finally arrived. Our server looked at us suspiciously while receiving our change to add to our discomfort. My advice! Train management and employees to identify authentic treasury notes or, now this may be new to the staff, but have one of those anti-counterfeit pens that all stores use to identify paper money as real. I told the waitress she should call the police to get a report in our hands for a defamation law suit. As a side note we still left a 10% tip in place of our normal 20%.

Been here many times....this is probably the worst experience. Chicken on my sandwich was dry and the waiter wasn't listening and became rude when he finally realized he wasn't understanding what I was asking.

David and Kristina made all the difference for our experience! They get a 5 stars, without their efforts this would be a 1 star review. Thank you for going the extra mile when you felt our frustration over watching the bartender chat with others at the bar and then wander away without pouring our beer and cider orders.

Waited to be seated for ever. Nobody greeted us to let us know that they even saw us but the waitress looked at me and just kept folding silverware like it wasn't her job to help us. We actually left after waiting several minutes because the food was bad last time which was my first and now last time going to the Ram.

I was in today from Portland to have lunch with my mom. We sat at table 51 our server Janette C. took our drink order which was fine. Then she came back to take our food order she seemed to have entered everything into her electronic pad just fine. Then our food showed up. My salad didn't have dressing, the black and blue wagyu burger had 2 little crunchies which seemed minimal for the $17.99 price tag. Then my wife's Cobb salad add chicken came with no chicken, no egg, and very little bacon but it did have avocado! The server brought us our food so you think she would look at our food before bringing it to our table. She was quick to just take it off the tab. On a good note my mom's food was good. 3 drinks and 2 meals cost $68.48 and the lowest tip was 18%. This meal didn't deserve 18% maybe 8%. We won't be back, and we normally come to good food/ service.

What happened to this place? The food used to be amazing & it was THE place to be. Ordered pretzels w/ beer cheese dip. The cheese tasted like canned bacon cheese. The Mac & cheese was probably one of the worst we've ever tried. The mushroom burger had 5 or 6 burnt mushrooms on it. Couldn't even tell there were there while eating it. Tots were freezer burnt. The service was pretty decent. But man, it's sad to see what this place has become. I can't see us coming back any time soon.
