We used to come here often and stopped a few years ago due to bad experiences. We decdied to try for dinner tonight and it was a great meal. Deelilah B is the main reason for this 5 star review. She was truly fantastic and provided phenomenal service. The restaurant was packed and she made sure everyone had what they needed. The food was great overall too, no complaints with our dinners. The cocktails were not our favorite but everything else was pretty stellar.
Food and beer was delicious as expected, so no complaints there. Service from our young inexperienced server was lacking, mostly because she seemingly could only remember one request at a time, such as us asking for a to-go box and the check, we only got the check. Now here's where it got embarrassing. We paid our bill of $65 check with a crisp new $100 dollar bill, fresh from the bank. Our server and 7 other employees took the bill to authenticate it, yet no one knew what...
Been here many times....this is probably the worst experience. Chicken on my sandwich was dry and the waiter wasn't listening and became rude when he finally realized he wasn't understanding what I was asking.
