In the 80s I went here religiously while living in Salem for their Patty Melt it was so good. Had opportunity today while visiting in Salem and it hasn't changed much inside but the patty melt was awesome. Great service as well.
I thoroughly enjoying the atmosphere and the wait staff was excellent. The food could have been better. I got the Parmesan chicken fettuccine and the noodles were good but the cheese on the chicken was hard.
Nice food and ambiance for a relaxed evening. The menu has a good variety, portions are generous, and the flavors are well-balanced. Service was friendly and attentive, though a bit slow at times.
