The corn is still snappy, the fries are hot even when delivered, and the jalapeno poppers are obviously handmade. The burgers are juicy and freshly-grilled to perfection, and the Alabama white sauce is a standout.
The generous portions and extremely high-quality ingredients, combined with the obvious love, skill, and pride put into the food, make the prices at The Vault Bar & Grill remarkably low. The restaurant also uses reusable aluminum pans for takeout, reducing the use of Styrofoam containers.
