You have a great concept started here but I think you need some help brining people in. Let’s start with having 2 people in shift daily instead of one to do bar and work the kitchen. Technically you are violating food safety standards to avoid labor costs. That’s not how you run a business.
The bathrooms have not been cleaned since you opened I would put a $100 bill on it right now. Word travels and I’ve already talked to someone I care about to not come here. So please for the love of god, before you go belly up, contact me!! I gotchoo!! I run a business too and I got all kids of info. My name is Ashley Nicole Andrews on Facebook. Let’s chat and bring you some business❤️

since we live in the neighborhood we gave this place a lot of chances. disappointed every time. service is hit or miss. you never know what food they will have available or what the quality will be, got some sorry excuse for brisket once. just no reason to return here with the incredible kellis just a few steps away.

Curly hair bartender breath smelled like it had a higher alcohol content than my drink. Not cool.

Not super smart to post pictures of your bartender you don’t know on a personal level on social media. Instead of helping your business, you hurt it. Letti is pretty and charming, but also extremely manipulative, dishonest, and irresponsible. I tip well, but as someone who shares the same friend group, I cannot bring myself to come spend a dime on a dead beat who doesn’t raise her own daughter, allows her teenaged son to participate in criminal activity, and parades around as a “mom despite putting her love for drinking above actually giving her son guidance. Kid seeks stability from thugs since he can’t count on his mom, if she’s not working she’s probably drunk. After getting fired from her last job it’s a matter of time her alcoholism has negative impact on the establishment. How do friends family and a business turn a blind eye to her alcoholism, lies, and lack of remorse for not raising her kid?? I just can’t

I am so disappointed. I’ve been here a few times and loved it, including twice this past week. This will sound random at first, but you'd have to read through to understand the massive issue here; boy what a small world. So there are some people who moved onto my street fairly recently and have been extremely disrespectful to the entire neighborhood, being intentionally obnoxious, and we’ve just tried to ignore it. This weekend the couple living there got home drunk in the middle. Of the day in Saturday and got into a screaming match with 2 seperate neighbors a couple houses over, before they even pulled into their driveway, as their grey mustang sat in the middle Of the street, and of course half the block came out and walked over to see all the commotion. I could hear them slurring badly and the girl kept stumbling. This was the first time I’d actually seen their faces, and I could not believe the woman was the bartender who was on shift for one of my visits! I heard my neighbors call her letti when they were arguing so I think that's her name. The reason this is valid, we all talk on this street and pay attention, and both the man and woman (letti) drive drunk frequently, and I've seen guests from their house get into vehicles just trashed and drive off. This morning, I watched her son and his friends key my neighbors pickup truck. I let her know, they moved their truck into their yard and said to let it go because the poor kid has no guidance. If it was me I would press charges. It's scary. I feel bad for this buisiness because she seemed to do good at work and seemed sweet (it’s been slow when I go so maybe that’s a factor), and it’s clean with great ambience, a lot of potential. but I cannot support a business who has a bartender that regularly drives drunk, or has her boyfriend drive drunk, endangering lives, allowing her son to damage neighbors property. I hope she gets a dui and looses her olcc permit because a belligerent irresponsible alcoholic has NO business serving drinks, no matter how professional they behave at work. This girl is bad for buisiness. What a shame. Can’t believe this woman served us!

Down Home Favorites Meets Haute Cuisine

As a displaced Southerner, I approach BBQ in the PNW with caution. Two bites into the pork belly and I was instantly a ten-year-old again eating the food my father and uncles worked for days to prepare. The Vault is what happens when Down Home Comfort Food meets haute cuisine - homemade, fresh, extremely generous portions of authentic, perfectly prepared fare. The BBQ is phenomenal and the sides are delicious as well. Corn was still snappy, the fries were hot even delivered, and the tacos are phenomenally flavorful without being loaded down with spice. Try the jalapeno poppers which are *obviously* hand made! The burgers are juicy and freshly-made to grilling perfection, and the Alabama white sauce will knock your socks off. The prices are ridiculously low, as I would happily pay twice the asking for the generous portions and extremely high quality of ingredients ... not to mention the obvious love, skill, and pride that go into the food. Bonus: no Styrofoam containers here, but reusable aluminum pans that just need a quick wash packed skillfully to avoid using too much container. And where else can you play cribbage while enjoying your food and superbly crafted cocktails?

This place is amazing! Pool table, darts, games, lots of big TV to watch. The food is top notch, they have the best BBQ in this city. All the sides the we tried were delicious. They also have a white BBQ sause that is so amazing with the brisket!!! We have eaten here twice in the last 2 weeks and we LOVED it. This is a must try for anyone who loves BBQ.

West Salems best secret! The food is better than any bar in West Salem. If you want to hang out with regular bar drunks and eat bland food, the Alibi is your place. If you want pretentious people and mediocre foid, go to the Rabbit place down the street. If you want a nice clean place that you and your friends can have food that you talk about the flavor, this is your place. It's not super busy. So they can host a few friends without being crammed. They also have a fun game room that has actual games, not just retired people putting their pensions into a lottery poker machine. If you don't like bars because they are bars, this place is for you, it's a great atmosphere that happens to be a bar. Did I mention brisket? YUMMY!

Cleanest damn bar I've ever seen! I love the vibe. Tastefully designed comfortable space with plenty of room to hangout with friends and shoot some pool. I enjoyed my burger and roux style Mac & cheese (the way it should be; no faux cheese). My Mr. scarfed down his burger topped with brisket. Drinks were fantastic!
