We had it delivered and I was pleased with the garlic butter chicken. It was a great treat and very flavorful.

Friendly hardworking staff! Good simple chicken sandwiches with delicious flavors! Some of the best frys in the world are served at this location!!! Their brownies are out of this world amazing if you come here and don't get the brownies with your order your an idiot..... and best thing about wingstop? Obviously their prices super affordable. Give wingstop a chance you wont be disappointed!

Ordered through DoorDash tonight, had a lot of issues. First, the driver called and said ONE of the orders didn't have fries because they ran out and would I like veggie sticks instead? I wasn't sure what the veggie sticks were, I think I was thinking of those veggie chips or whatever? So I figured, it's just one order, if I don't like them we'll just split the other 2 fries. Turns out, it's literally just sticks of carrot and celery. Not really my thing but I didn't realize or they didn't communicate that it was actually replacing ALL the fries. Ugh. I would have just asked for a refund on the fries if I knew none of them were getting fries as the side. Then I noticed they forgot the 2 brownies. THEN I realized only one of our 3 combos was right! The other two were random tender and boneless pieces which I couldn't identify the sauce, most were BBQ and one cajun maybe? But our garlic parm and lemon pepper were nowhere to be seen. My boyfriend can't handle spice and hates sickly sweet BBQ so he just didn't eat. Doubt I'll be ordering from here again.

Food was okay. Fries are wayyyy too sweet they're terrible. But, the service was even worse. I went in and ordered. After I ordered they told me it would be a 20 minute wait (they told everyone else before they ordered to give them the option of going somewhere else). I was fine with 20 minutes, but would've gone somewhere else if I knew beforehand. After 45 minutes, I notice every single person that came in after me and ordered had gotten their food. I go up to the counter and ask how much longer, they told me it's been waiting but they forgot to tell me? My wings were cold and soggy from sitting so long. The girl at the counter with the bangs is so bad at her job, very obviously has never worked food service before. Never going back

Did an online order. Food was ready when I went to pick it up. They were very busy but the staff remained polite and smiling. They have a great variety of flavors which should appeal to almost everyone.

Ordered through the app and got the all in bundle. Had 8 Spicy Korean BBQ & 8 Garlic parmesan and 3 plain & 3 buffalo tenders. Voodoo Fries & Cajun fried corn. Was expecting something different with the fried corn. Not really sure if it was fried or not. It was very dry and there was NO CRUNCH for something that should have been fried! The voodoo fries not really sure what all was supposed to be on them, but they were mushy, greasy and not well prepared at all. I do have to say there is nothing special about the Cajun seasoning at all. It was our first time ever ordering from here and it became our last. The boneless wings and chicken tenders are already premade and are just waiting to be cooked and sauced, nothing special there! The sauces were not even good. Not sure what went wrong on this as it all smelled great but at the end of the meal it left us feeling awful and made for a miserable evening. For us we can say we tried it, weren't impressed so we won't be back. We will say it is a very busy little place.

I dont have issue with the food but I do have issue with the customer service at the Lancaster location. The young girl working the cash register at night on 9/29/22 needs to be trained on how to properly treat paying regular customers. She's rude and immature and seriously lacks customer service ability. If I was a manager there I would be swapping her out right away. She can't answer basic questions without being rude and snarky and she socializes while on the job with her non-working friends.

Their food is nothing to write home about. It's not bad but not excellent.My big problem with them right now stems from the fact that when I ordered food on their website they double charged me. When I called them to have the second charge reversed they refused to do so, we're very rude, and told me I never ordered anything from them. They then told me to take up the refund with my bank. So at this point, until my bank refunds me the money they have effectively stolen $40 from me. Their food is certainly not worth this hassle.Don't order off the website, and at this point I will not be ordering from any Wingstop again.Might I recommend Buffalo Wild Wings, or even your local pizza and wings place. Little Caesars, and Domino's are just about as good, far less expensive, and they don't provide such a hassle.

Stopped in for lunch one day and had one of their lunch specials which was perfect for me. the staff greeted everyone as soon as the door opened Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted very good.

Almost didn't go in because it looked a little shady from the outside. The greeter/host lacked any hosting ability. He handed us menus and said here ya go. Uh, okay I guess we sit anywhere. The waitress was great and the food was good as well. It came out fast and hot. I would return.
