Always the best date night or family outing. The game selection is large and the food is amazing! Great variety of drinks and the soup of the day is always the best soup in town. The owners of this shop are so nice and helpful.
My son has been telling me about your place for years. I always thought it was about the games. My wife and I were passing through town (we live on the North Coast) and he invited us to join him for lunch at Ticket to Play. It was out of this world good. I'm not much for board games, but as a fellow entrepreneur (we have a jewelry store in Warrenton), I admire the creativity in combining board games and gourmet food. Only in America! God bless and keep up the good work.

This place is awesome
The owners of the board game cafe are some of the friendliest people that I have ever met. I really get the feeling that they opened up this store to have place for their friends and family to play board games with, but then just decided to open it up to the rest of the community. The food is delicious, the prices are very cheap for a place like this, and the board game selection is too many haha.
I plan to bring my friends and family here for boardgame nights!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was a fun place to meet up with some family and play some great games. You can choose from there generous library of games and/or bring your own. They have a main room with 7 or 8 tables and two private rooms. Reservations may be made as well. The owners were super friendly and knowledgeable. The food and beverage offerings were ample and NOT your average run-of-the-mill offerings but not so far out there that it makes you question what it is. I absolutely loved the Cuban with a house salad and house made ranch. It was delicious beyond my expectations.
Vegetarian options: Salads, wraps, sandwiches, soup.
Parking: There was parking in front and along the side, and a lot that seemed shared by a few other businesses. We had zero issues parking.
Kid-friendliness: Yes, if they like to sit and play games, however, it was all adults and one child while we were visiting. If your child has a hard time sitting and playing a board game, it might not be the best place for them because that is what is available to do.

Awesome place if you are into boardgames. They have a TON of different games to play, plenty of tables to play at, and a decently sized menu for food and drinks. Everyone was nice and helpful with questions. While I did not eat the food, it did look really well plated. Will be returning in the future.

This is a great place to hang out. They have tons of games. They also have two private rooms available. Friendly family run business. Starts with a flat $5 per person fee. It's a very reasonable fee for the low table turn over rate. I average 4 hours per visit. Good food.
Parking: The lot hs never been full.It gets close sometimes.
Kid-friendliness: The owners kids are often around. They have a really nice changing station. I mostly see adult customers though.
