Victorico's Mexican Food - Portland RD Salem

Pretty good food, service is slow but only because they get overwhelmed. Felt a little pricey for what I got but still delicious.

The carna asadas I got today the meat smelled and tasted real bad I just threw them away

The food is always outstanding, even if a bit pricey. However, the service is always abysmal. Whoever is usually working the intercom is constantly sighing and acting short when ordering. They also forget at least 1 item each time I've gone and they are never busy when I've been.

I got FOOD poisoning, I ate a burrito from there YESTERDAY and this morning I am at URGENT CARE and they are telling me I have horrible food poisoning. I have been throwing up since 3am and non stop diarrhea and vomit. My stomach is killing me when the only thing I ate yesterday was the burrito. I can still taste it and it’s horrible.

Wish i could give less Than 1 star! I ordered a Veggie Burrito and they of course had bits and pieces of meat all inside the burrito. Specifically chorizo. Very disappointing, considering you truly had ONE JOB in making sure a veggie Burrito doesn't have meat.. ITS IN THE NAME LOL. VEGGIE BURRITO. Very bad mistake and wont order ever again. Any vegetarians beware, eat elsewhere.

Had a very good experience here, the staff accommodated my order special to how I wanted it. Very nice would recommend!

Horrible customer service but only with one lady, she is a older lady but When I was ordering she was acting like she definitely did not want to be taking my order and when I pronounced something I’m not sure if she was laughing at me or sighing in frustration but they have good food just horrible customer service with the older lady, I will not be coming back to this location because of this.

we ordered from this store for years. the food was delicious -- flavorful and very well prepared. i don't know if they changed owners but the food has suffered and the prices have gone up - a lot. so very disappointing.

I love Victoricos food it’s so good every time! I’ve been coming regularly since I moved to Salem 2.5 years ago.

We've been coming to this location for almost 3 years now ordering at the drive thru. The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent. The issues we've had is that the last several visits, we've asked for extras with our food (guacamole, sour cream/crema, etc.), have paid for these add-ons (shown on receipts), only to find out once we're home that they didn't include them. We've totalled over $20 in missing paid-for extras. For future customers, be sure to check your orders and make sure the staff is actually adding the extras you pay for, which we'll be thoroughly doing going forward. I'd hate to file chargebacks, but at this point it's theft and unacceptable.

UPDATE: I'm reducing the rating as this location continues to steal from paying customers. I emailed Victorico's at the email they provided and haven't received a response or resolution. **Customer's Beware** This location/franchise will charge for extras and never provide them to you.

I'll edit this when Victorico's does right by their customers.
