Ordered Cesar salad cuz last month it was best I've ever had. But today totally changed his recipe -- it was anchovy-heavy. I like anchovies to a point, but this was inedible. I left it uneaten.
I had such a wonderful lunch today at W. Walace. You might expect to get one of the best salads in Salem here ... but let me tell you - this was one of the best Salmon Salads I have ever had. And as a nutritionist I know my salads and I was delighted to enjoy this meal and at the same time guide my nutrition client to their healthy options. And he loved his meal too! WIN-WIN!
Somehow it's always happy hour when I wander in here. It's quiet, has good food and it always feels like a great deal for food and drinks. There's a nice and attentive bartender as well.
