Used their app and they charged us $80 and we never got it returned because they “have no control over their app”
Went today after months of boycotting because it was close but through the drive thru this time. The man charged us for someone else’s order and then tried to run our card for our order since “it didn’t go through” luckily my spouse checked our bank account before handing their card over and we absolutely got charged for someone’s else’s order. I’ve worked in fast food I understand it’s a hard job but obviously there is a lack in training and a lack of giving a damn when it comes to customers losing money. This is now $100 we have lost to THIS specific Wendy’s. And IF it’s true that no one has control over the app including their customer service then Do NOT have one.
All of the food was really quite good. In the service and the attitude of those who work there was very good. Looking forward to returning.
