Went to the drive thru to get a frosty. Unfortunately I dont know his name, but the drive thru attendant was great.
RANT, to the food or in my case the frosty. I wax definitely disappointed in the value of the frosty for the price. I ordered a large, which seemed more like a medium, at a extra large price. This must be why I generally dont go to fast food establishments.

Please fire the blond man who yelled at a lady for trying to get her order fixed. She was being helped and he came over from the drive-thru to start a fight. He was the only mean person there but yt ruined everyone’s experience in line and that poor ladies day.
He doesn’t have the customer service attitude.

I dont normally give bad reviews, but this Wendys has just consistently messed up our orders. Almost every single time we're missing things from our order, and the consitency of it all is actually astounding and worthy of being noted.
You would think that I would have learned by now. Tonight as we were leaving with our order I realized we were missing fries, so I sent my companion in to retrieve them. No sooner had we gotten home, I realized that they had also completely missed a sandwich as well.
Humorously as well, it's consistently my portion of the meals as well.

This location is great for in person orders, But they are horrible with delivery orders. Every delivery order I’ve gotten, Something is always missing. Frosty, fries, drinks, sauce, or nuggets, they always forget something.

I’m texting to give some thoughts on the Wendy’s on commercial.
I love Wendy’s and have made it my go to especially when I don’t want to cook or money is tight. This is the only Wendy’s close enough to me the other is too far of a drive. I consistently am met with a cool window person usually bubbly funny and engaging. My concern is the quality control.
I am not exaggerating when I say I can confidently say I have a 85% chance EVERYTIME I go to get 1+ things wrong or not prepared properly. I have made it clear before but I fear anything being done to my food not that they have but you know what I mean. I almost NEVER get my spicy nuggets as if they just toss nuggets in a bag when they see nuggets on the receipt no check no nothing. I constantly am getting 3/4th of the “large fry” container sometimes even barely half. I just got my order now and the fries were ok but the nuggets yet again arnt spicy and are undercooked with no crispness and almost all are soggy as if rushed out the fryer to move onto the next person (I was one of 2 ppl in line and they were not busy)
I always ask for no onion on my sandwiches but I can never understand why taking off a step is so hard and of course always have onions on my burgers. I really do want to keep coming and love Wendy’s but this location sometimes makes it extremely hard not to be frustrated and not go back.
100% the workers are good people and always when I go back they help me out and fix it but this inconsistent ability to pump out correct orders is extremely unsatisfying. I understand the food business can be hectic as I have been in it for over 8+ years but a few extra seconds to confirm makes everyone’s job better and the customer much happier.
I hope this constructive criticism finds whom will try to implement and keep Wendy’s a staple fast food with quality. Again all the workers are kind and engaging which is amazing but the inability to give out CORRECT orders I’m sure is hindering retention or growing frustration as I know several others who’ve had very similar scenarios multiple times too.

We ordered the Frosty keys for the first time where you get a free shake with any order whether it's a meal or just some fries .The shakes are super tiny like smaller than a kids size but it is free so I'll try not to complain 😂

The guy at the window sucked. He asked me to wait then started taking my order didn't respond at all just silence then final I sorry can you wait. Finally another voice came on and took my order for two items. When I got to the window he rang up the wrong order. By the time I got my food my nuggets were cold.

Stopped in for fries to tide us over til dinner. The drive thru was quick enough so that was great. The fries were like warm, limp with little salt.I always enjoyed Wendy's food but the quality is going down hill.
I've always enjoyed Wendy's, but this week for the first time I tried their breakfast, and knew I had to leave a review. I had the sausage egg cheese english muffin sandwich, and it was far and away the best breakfast sandwich I've had in a while - and it was only $3.99. Fresh egg, really flavorful sausage. I'll be back!
Too bad there are no Wendy's over at the coast where I live. Or maybe that's a good thing, because I'd be eating breakfast there far too often.

The food is fine most of the time, but I've found hair in my food on multiple occasions from this Wendy's. I used to order chili cheese fries from them but stopped because they kept giving me fries in a box with no chili or cheese. Then when they finally gave me the fries correctly there was a hair. Its getting gross.
