i love wendy's . they're one of my favorite fast food but I don't think anyone really knows what customer service is anymore ? i get it's fast food and what should i really expect , but i go through the drive thru and the lady hits me with "order when you're ready" slightly aggressively . there was no hello , welcome , how are you , absolutely nothing . and then handed me my food and didn't say anything . no thank you , have a good day , just handed our food and closed the window on me .
Took my money for food they couldn’t prepare, told me to drive back hours later to pick it up. They already processed the order which prevented me from canceling the order and I was then directed to figure it out in my own by calling customer care… horrible experience for bottom tier food that I didn’t even get…

Ok, I get fast food a lot because I'm a single working mom and I work a lot. This has got to be the most consistently wonderful restaurant in Salem! I have yet to have an even less than amazing experience here. My daughter is a hamburger and fries coniesseur and even she said this is the best restaurant in town. And when a kid says it, you got to believe it!Kid-friendliness: Super friendly with my kid who is picky about her hamburgers as she orders them special. They have NEVER got a burger wrong and they've never been annoyed at our no-pickle, no lettuce, no-onion, no mayo, extra ketchup requests! Stellar people here!
