K love Wendy's stores l can get it right
Stop by last night at around 9 PM to get some late dinner for me and my family. The drive-through guy was very rude and impatient. He did not tell us our order total or confirm our order until getting to the window where he told me the order total and after paying, I never received a receipt. No way to confirm if I was charged the right amount or not also, the food looks like it was thrown together by a child. I will not be back at this location nor what I recommended to anyone.

How far you've fallen Wendy's. It's never to late to try and do better. I hadn't been to a Wendy's in awhile and this tasted as sad as it looks.

Went there for my birthday freebie with purchase which I did through the app. I brought my son with me who ordered via online. We were both in the car. Anyhow, after explaining I’m here to pickup my mobile order and my sons. After we got to the drive thru pick up window, the girl automatically was sassy. She said my son has to physically go inside the store to pick his up even tho we were both in the car. It’s the sassy part that was annoying about the situation.
Anyhow, I go again a few days later because I wanted to get another freebie i had as an offer on the app. Well, it’s now a different girl and she was just as bad as the other girl.
I’m rating one star because positive customer service should be number one in any customer service job.
Teach these workers that customer service will go a long way. I won’t be returning at this particular store in case I decide to maybe eat at Wendy’s in the future.

I usually have good experiences with this Wendy's however today not so much The person at the drive-thru window was so quiet I could not hear her. They forgot my drink and I had to ask multiple times for it.

I stopped in about 7 pm, October 13. There was 2 guys that didn't seem to give a shit about me being there. I immediately decided I didn't want to order at that time. I asked to be let into the restroom to wash my hands. I came out and one of the guys was laying his head on the counter like he didn't want to deal with a walk in. He asked for my order. I told him I'll take my business down to Del Taco. He didn't seem to care. I've been in this store several time's during the day shift and had great service and quality meals. Your night shift sucks. I'm sorry. I get the feeling that I was profiled because I had a backpack on. I work hard at a job full time. No car. I get around on the bus. I'm not a homeless bum.
Rude employees. Waited forever for my order and it wasn't even right 😑 They wanted to argue and vape in the doorway instead of actually working.
