I was in line for the drive through for 45 minutes. Once I got to the window I was asked to pull over and wait longer. I would have left but I was delivering for a customer. I don't think I will be accepting any orders from here again.

I ordered through the app about 10 minutes ago. A Jr bacon and fries. I pulled into the drive thru within a few minutes. I usually don't complain, but my first bite into the sandwich revealed a cold burger. I might as well have ordered a cold cut from Jimmy Johns. And it ruined my whole appetite. You might want to check the temps on your patty warmers.

I've never gotten bad service or a bad order here we went in for our free shakes with our little shake keys and we got the two $4 deals I got a bacon cheeseburger and a soda and my kid got chicken nuggets and a soda with our shakes everything tasted good... My kids thought it was funny that one of her chicken nuggets looks like among us

If you value yourself, you should never order at this location while their night shift is working. I have never experienced a restaurant conduct themselves in such a poor and unprofessional manner.

I deliver DoorDash, and on July 6, I had to come through this store twice. During the first order, the app had me ask to have the bag weighed, and when I asked, the woman running the drive thru responded with a really rude and unprofessional tone. It was enough to get my girlfriend’s attention, and we were both at a complete loss for words.

The second time, we got an order come in at 1:07 in the morning. I didn’t know Wendy’s closed at 1, and I don’t know why DoorDash let the order come through after closing, but the lady running the drive thru made sure I knew. “Nah, we’re closed. Not taking any more orders. Bye” in the same rude tone. After canceling the order, DoorDash asked to have me take a photo as evidence that the store was closed. I took a photo of the empty lobby, and the drive thru woman came up right behind my car and took a photo of my license plate.

So again, if you value yourself, don’t come here past 8pm. As long as this store keeps this current night shift crew employed, you will be disrespected.

Horrible service went there at 1030pm on a Sat night too a long time to get to the window the girl kept asking me what I ordered over and over was impatient and rude the whole time pretty much had our food thrown at us and missing half the order fries where cold and my nuggets where cold and in pieces Wendy's is one of my favorite restaurants but I won't be visiting this location anymore threw the food out was gross if there was a manager on duty that night they should be fired for allowing any of that going on worst customer service I've ever had there was disappointing

I am writing this 10 minutes after leaving the drive thru. Terrible service , tried taking order and they kept laughing and delaying it. Ordered a 10 piece nugget and got 6 and got a large fry and got a medium , super unprofessional, will not be going back! I highly recommend you check your food right when you get it , worst $22 dollars I’ve spent

They handed us a bag and started to hand us our frosty (it was the wrong one so I said something) so they had us pull forward to remake the frosty. I started eating fries out of the bag before I realized it was the complete wrong order. And the lady came out with the right order and took the other bag (that I had eaten out of) and took it back inside. So if you get your order and the fries are half eaten it might be because I ate them 🤣 I’ve never had a restaurant mess my order up and not let me have the messed up items.. kinda rude 🤣

Ordered had to wait and apparently they didn't hear order correctly asked for 2 baconantor fries got 1 told them.at window we wanted 2 luckily only we were charged just 1 asked to add the other told us we will have to get back in line.
