I went in the other day. My bank account was hacked. I was miserable, worried and I was going to get a frosty.Couldn't quite afford it.So I just got a sandwich. The woman brought my food to me and needed a meal with fries and frosty. God bless her kindness and compassion.

The food here is usually good, but whoever is putting together the orders for the drive-through for breakfast really needs to start paying attention. In the past few weeks, I've received sausage rather than bacon & today I got Fanta Orange (full of sugar) vs Fanta Zero which I ordered. It's not like it's so busy they can't take a minute to make sure they have the right item. Frustrating not to get what I ordered!

First things first, our order cost 45 dollars…. Second off we had to wait 30 freaking minutes for them to give our order to the car behind us after us waiting for so long. To have our whole freaking order wrong! My husband’s baconator, no bacon, my double asked for no cheese, I’m lactose intolerant… still got cheese…. So… don’t go here… they.l screw up your order… period

I’m a doordasher. Every time I come in here I am treated horribly there’s to many things that have happened for me to put in here but I was gonna ask this lady a question and before I even finished the first word she interrupted me and said “MM YUP ITS GONNA BE A WHILE” and walked away from me I wasn’t even gonna ask the wait time I was gonna ask for a water cup. They are super slow and always stressed out it seems there’s always older women working here and I don’t wanna seem rude but this job just ain’t for them they are always stressed and all over the place not organized, I used to be a shift lead at wingstop I know things can get crazy but I have a bad experience every single time I come here
The only other burger place that doesn't support the state of Israel so we go there but there is a super trumpet that works there annoying the you know what out of us.

I can't go here anymore. They've gone through 3 managers recently and each one has gotten meaner than the last. I don't like seeing the employees get yelled at. Customer service is completely lacking. The manger leads by example. They gave me a door dash order instead of the food I ordered and would not make my order. I see the delivery drivers getting disrespected. It's always a very tense environment. I think they're trying to beat the timer on each order and it results in chaos and messed up orders. I like the Wendy's on Commercial. I go there now instead.

Best service for fast food in Salem IMO. Tyler and Kyler served us the last time we visited and treated us very well. Very friendly! I appreciate that! Food was fast, hot and reasonable. My mom is a senior and they offer a $1, any size senior drink too. We'll be back!
