This group are so friendly, great with communication and customizing, and master everything they do. Everyone loved the food, they complimented us on my choice of linens they offered and set up as well. He patiently guided us through our many variations of the menu, from an initial wild idea of Indo-Italian fusion to the delicious, seasonal farm-to-table creation (with Indian and Italian influences) we ultimately ended up with. Cody was a hero, taking all our family's dietary restrictions and copious comments from the tastings to heart. He made countless changes to suit our preferences, and he did it all with grace.
Speaking of tastings, we highly recommend them—it was such a fun experience to bring our parents along to, and it ensured we got the chance to actually sit down, enjoy everything, and give our detailed feedback.
On the wedding day, the food was spectacular. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and served hot and fresh. We received so many compliments from our guests about the quality and flavor of the food. The portion sizes were perfect for our amount of guests, allowing several guests to get seconds while still leaving some extra food. It was nice to chat with someone who cares about quality and that you actually like what they provide. Our tasting was great (food was DELICIOUS) and we booked on the spot. Afterwards, they were very accommodating with answering all of my questions and making slight changes here and there. Megan was a dream to work with- I never felt like an inconvenience- and she ensured our bar and food menu was what we wanted. On our wedding day, the entire team were rockstars and so friendly. Willabys Catering exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding catering. We booked them largely based on price - they were one of the most reasonably priced caterers we found and were extremely flexible on bringing down their package to just the essentials, to make it work for our budget. Because we were booking based on price, we didn’t have high expectations for the food - but we were wrong! It was so, so good. A week after the wedding, we are still getting comments about how great everything was!
Willaby’s was extremely communicative through all of my planning & answered so many questions. They adapted the menu to a few serious family allergies without issues.
The service is where they really shined. The banquet captain was so extremely nice and she and her team went above and beyond on everything. We didn’t use a wedding coordinator and they totally didn’t miss a beat without one - and they picked up slack in many places (helping my bartender when he ran out of ice & water, lighting candles that went out). They made sure we were 100% taken care of - even bringing more food out to us later in the reception to make sure we ate enough, when the nerves were keeping us from finishing our initial dinner. They boxed all of our leftovers up in individually plated dinner boxes and placed them in our fridge; a welcome surprise. Every single team member was happy & positive, and it was definitely noticed by our guests!

They didn't care about my wedding at all! The communication was terrible! They didn't even let me know that my event manager decided to quit shortly before my wedding day! It absolutely sucked that when the day came, the event manager knew nothing what I wanted! I really wish I went with a different catering company.

My husband and I booked with Willabys for our wedding and most everything was wonderful. Megan was very detail-oriented and she and the other day-of staff were very kind. Their menu is extensive with an array of price options, the food was delicious, and they were able to accommodate a number of guests with dietary restrictions.
A couple things to note: Our tables were not uniformly set, some place settings were set differently than others for some reason. The bulk of our wedding cake was also not cut and served as requested, so we ended up taking home a whole tier. The catering team also accidentally broke several of our glass rentals. We understand mistakes happen though, and thankfully, the rental company did not end up charging us for this. Willaby's was very kind and offered to pay for any damages if we had been charged. Just some observations and none of these things adversely impacted our day though.
Overall, the positives far outweigh the couple insignificant hiccups and I can't emphasize enough the kindness of their team or the deliciousness of their food. Would recommend.

Megan was the main reason we pursued an initial tasting with the company—she was the most responsive and accommodating catering lead I’ve ever worked with, and I have an extensive background in weddings and events.
As a vegetarian, I was able to build a custom menu that not only accommodated but exceeded my dietary needs. The staff on the day of our event was professional, and our food arrived at our table on time and warm. Also, the food was incredibly fresh and delicious.
