Wow all the way around!!!!! Fabulous catering team and amazing food!!! They catered my cousins wedding Friday evening and went above and beyond to make the day was special. The staff was so personable and professional!! I highly recommend willabys. Deffinantly have Mary bartend your events, because she is truly the best. She not only took care of the bar, but checked in on guests at their tables to provide an elevated experience. Im sorry I can't remember everyones name from that night, but they deserve a raise!!! Willabys understood the assignment. We hired them to cater a retirement party in Downtown Portland and wanted an elegant and beautiful charcuterie table.They were a dream to coordinate with as we planned the event. Megan was consistently responsive and communicative, which made us feel confident she was going to handle everything just right. The pricing was great and their proposal was detailed and left nothing to mistake.And if that isn't enough, the entire team entered the space with such positive energy, staging the event as if it were a joyous hobby and not a job. They provided bartending as well as bussing service, which allowed me and my colleagues enjoy the party and hand over responsibility to them.They set up in 1.5 hours and returned the space to it's orginal state at the end like wizards.Thank you Megan, Wendy & the Willabys team!!!

Willaby's coordinated our rentals as well which was so helpful. The team never made me feel crazy for asking too many questions or double-checking something; instead I always walked away feeling at ease. We did passed apps (people were raving about the steak bites), pizza that was delicious, and the team did our bar. My family keeps saying how kind, friendly, and professional everyone on staff was. Working with Willaby's was exceptional--they were professional, kind, and most importantly, made delicious food that everyone at our intimate wedding raved about.Willaby's created a menu that took into consideration our guests' dietary restrictions and our catering preferences. We participated in a tasting as recommended and were impressed by the food's quality. Our appetizer was a charcuterie grazing board. Entrees were a hazelnut beer braised beef with portobello ale sauce, baked salmon, and Italian vegan stuffed peppers. Sides were garlic and roasted-parmesan fingerling potatoes, strawberry spring salad with candied walnuts served with a lemon dijon vinaigrette, and bread. For dessert, we had brownie bites, chocolate mousse shooters, and berry tartlets.On our wedding day, Willaby's was quick to set up everything with limited instruction because of their familiarity with the venue. The staff were very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to. We highly recommend Willaby's as a wedding caterer!

As a vegetarian, I have very strong opinions about having high quality food at weddings that caters to a variety of different diets. I've been very disappointed by wedding food in the past, which I didn't want to replicate at my own. Willabys was recommended by our planner, and from the first email I was incredibly impressed by their communication, professionalism, and willingness to tweak the menu to our taste. My fiance and I were blown away at the tasting, which translated well to the actual wedding when I was told "there may have been some fights over the food". Another concern of mine was the quantity of food (running out of food at a wedding is a recipe for disaster), and Willabys ensured that there was plenty to go around. They were also so flexible with our needs. For example, we purchased our own alcohol for the event and they provided the staff to serve at two different bar set ups at the cost of one. In general, they were so affordable as well - we only paid about half of what we had initially budgeted! Finally, what I didn't expect was just how friendly and amazing the Willabys folks would be at our wedding. So many guests commented on how wonderful and outgoing they were, at the bar and otherwise, and I myself had multiple awesome chats with them. 10/10 would have them for any event, and I'm so grateful to have had them at my wedding.
