Was a life changing experience Bella did a great job making my smoothie after one sip I knew this place was in good hands with her in charge then Emma was trying to make me fall in love with her. Auntie Anne's offers fresh, hot, and perfectly made pretzels that are soft on the inside with the perfect amount of buttery flavor. The food is always fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious, with soft pretzels that are perfectly baked and full of flavor. The service is outstanding, with friendly and welcoming staff who make the experience quick and enjoyable. Employees are cool and relaxed while performing their jobs to a high level of excellence, and one staff member delivered food in a timely manner. A cashier was especially great—super kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly—which made the experience even better. It is clear she cares about customers and takes pride in her work. The positive attitude and great customer service really stand out, making the whole experience even better. This location never disappoints and definitely delivers both great food and great service. However, one visit included a staff member at the register who had the personality of a wet sponge, did not greet customers, and was perched with one butt cheek on the counter, though the staff member in the back training a new girl seemed very thorough and friendly. Overall, between the amazing food and excellent service, this Auntie Anne's is always a win.
