Lots of great choices. I personally enjoy Mt. Hood cheese steaks and Breakfast in the Hood, but I have tried all the carts and have not been disappointed. I wish there was better parking and a better covered area, but the food options make up for its location challenges.
Every time I come to Portland, I try to find an excuse to get to Sandy for a breakfast burrito from "Breakfast in the Hood". They're so good. And huge. Definitely stop!
