Have a high standard for Ruben Sandwichs growing up in Northwest Portland. The homemade habanero sauerkraut was unbelievably good and one of the best Rubens I've ever had! Off the charts delicious!! I will be back!

The Ruben is as good as it gets. The sauerkraut was my favorite part but the whole sandwich is superb.

Great food. I had a Reuben and Mushroom Bacon soup. Flavors were rich and delicious. The marbled rye is perfection. I like the finishing salt on the top of the sandwich, I think Maldon sea salt would be a better texture but thats a minuscule point.The soup was absolutely amazing. Great texture and flavor, very balanced. Salty, acidic, creamy, smooth.I will definitely eat here again.

Stopped by to get my skis waxed next-door, and when I asked the gal for recommendation, she instantly suggested that I eat at the Cast Iron Skillet. Grabbed a Reuben and tomato soup. Absolutely amazing and it was the perfect dinner after being on the mountain. Awesome people, and awesome food!
