I never leave reviews but I had a great experience today on my lunch break. My whopper was delicious and hot. The bathroom was squeaky clean, and the lobby was spotless as well. The folks behind the counter were courteous and very nice. I live in Portland and we don't often get this kind of service and high quality food. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated so well today

On every occasion I’ve visited this establishment I’ve had to sit at the ordering screen for at least 5+ minutes. Every single time. Then they are extremely rude. To top it completely off, the food is terrible. You’re better off filling the mozzarella sticks with Elmer’s glue.

The service was slow but our food came out quick . We both got the chicken wrap and they had little chicken in it and little to no sauce. The wrap itself was also cold and felt like it was just thrown together.

I got two Royal crispy chicken wraps, they came out cold with more tortilla then chicken, a dash of honey mustard and it was smaller than my hand. Just go to Mcdonalds

I gave this place a shot after years of writing them off. The clerk had his hands in his pockets the. Handled my food. I informed the clerk that sticking hands in pockets goes against hand washing guidelines. I was met with “I don’t care bro”.
