Food
By far the best Mexican Restaurant in Columbia County. Been going here for years since it opened. The owner is a fantastic person and he hires the best staff. The food is on a whole other level. Their Molcajete dish is worth the 45 minute drive from Portland.
If you’re ever going through Scappoose, do yourself a favor and stop at Ixtapa for an incredible meal and great “south of the border” atmosphere!
