I stopped here to get lunch on our trips Astoria. For some reason they don't have salads so I got a fish sandwich and my wife got chicken nuggets but chicken nuggets were really dry

McDonald's in Scappoose is the bomb, the real deal... Big Mac's and Quarter Pounders are always fresh and nicley assembled. French fries are always fresh. I drive from St Helens if I'm gonna have a Big Mac and fries. I have never been disappointed at the Scappoose McDonald's :)

This McDonald's needs to have more friendly people at the last drive up windowIt's rude to shut the window when you are trying to get a receipt. The other machine was broken. She just slammed the window on me. It was rude.

One of the nicer McDonald’s I have been to. Some of the other McDonald’s have really dropped in quality. Food here was hot, place was clean and staff was friendly. I would come back when in the area.
