The manager Javier treats his staff like slaves and loves to yell at them.

Customer service here is fantastic, but one of the biggest issues that with this place is that they never serve fresh food. Most of the time, our burgers are dry, salty, and look like they've been in the warmer for longer than hour. Last night I ordered right around 8:30 and when we got our order all three of our burgers were dry, crusty, salty, and looks like they tried using the sauce to make it look better.

Horrible customer service. Was over charged due to discount code from app not working. Manager acknowledged that I was overcharged and said he couldn’t do anything about it.

Arrived at 7:00pm, all of the doors were locked, customers actively sitting at tables eating. Time on the door for the dining room says open until 10:00pm. Employees made direct eye contact with me, and simply ignored me. So I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. They also continuously make our order wrong, regardless of how many times we clarify for them how we'd like our order made because of allergies.

We stopped for a bathroom and dessert. Food was good.... she needs to smile. She was about as warm as my McFlurry.

My family has ordered food through this place several times and the fries 80% of the time is room temp. At best. Their quarter pounder with cheese is Hardly ever cooked all the way and blood on bun.
This location is not good and i would say it is the owner but it is not. The same owner ownes the one in yeon and their food is always cooked all the way and hot. It is managment fault and employees who do not do their job right or are trained wrong not sure which one. There is some employees who when there things run smooth.

It’s whatever McDonald’s food it’s all the same. What’s important to remember is never say thank you to these people. It doesn’t matter how many times you say thank you to them or how politely you do it they will never respond back with anything. This could be across-the-board at all fast food places, employees with bad attitudes, but specifically at the Scappoose McDonald’s they have terrible attitudes

Disappointed Experience During McDonald’s Monopoly Promo
I usually don’t eat at McDonald’s I prefer Burger King but since the Monopoly game was being advertised, I decided to give it a try and ordered through the app specifically from the Monopoly menu.
The fries were soggy and cold, and when I opened my burger, there was no Monopoly piece even though the item was clearly shown as part of the game in the app. When I asked about it, the woman working the front (blonde hair, braids, wearing pink) told me it’s not part of the game. I explained that it showed differently in the app, and she told me the app is wrong. When I asked for a refund, she told me to do it through the app. When I asked for a regional number, again she said go to the app very dismissive and rude about the whole thing.
I contacted customer service through the app, and they confirmed the menu is correct and documented the issue. They were polite and even sent me an email with a Monopoly piece, which I appreciated but the staff at this location clearly have no clue how the promotion works and zero customer service skills.
I’ve reviewed this location before the only time I’ve had a positive experience was when the regional manager was there. The service, accuracy, and attitude were completely different. I’m now editing my review to reflect what actually happens when the regional manager isn’t present.
Be cautious ordering here the food quality was poor, and the staff are unhelpful and rude if there’s a problem. Definitely not worth the visit.

It's McDonald's so don't get excited. However, this one seems to be cleaner than most. Staff is better than most also. Lots of seating and quick service.

Everytime I come here which is like once every 6 months or so when I visit my grandma, its usually dark/late, I always get the kindest cashier that I feel like I could be friends with, the food is always good and makes me question my home mcdonalds. Everything's always almost too hot to eat right away, and the frys dont taste like old oil.

On several occasions now the customer service in the drive has been sub par at best. Not a hello, thank you, or your welcome has been said. In fact not a single has been spoken to me my last 3 visits. It’s quite rude in a customer service industry to flat out ignore your customers. The standards at this establishment have became quite relaxed.

This place sucks. The employees ignore walk-ins and don't open lobby at the posted time. They make a person feel unwelcome. Not a positive business model. This seems to be the attitude at all these stores in the Portland area.

Make sure you check your food if you order cheese or something extra.Make sure you got it because both times I've been there and asked them for cheese.They haven't put it on let me know.
