The service here is unmatched! Esteban knows exactly what he is doing and makes the best recommendations!!! The bagels are so fresh and delicious! And for the spicy food lovers, the ghost cream cheese is spot on!!! 10/10 recommend! Will be back!!
They had less than 10 bagels in the case at noon on Saturday on Labor Day Weekend. The staff didn't even acknowledge our presence despite it being dead inside. This is my favorite place to visit usually but this time was not good.

First bite: meh
I wanted to like my cheddar bacon bagel, I really did. In the case it looked amazing. Unwrapped, it still looked pretty darn good. The faults: a. No chew--bialy adjacent is where I'd place it b. Low toast--this ones 50/50 me/them; it was like the lowest toaster setting, hardly any toasting c. Cream cheese on the side. Always.
