I don't know what was going wrong the evening we went to this place but there was a terrible wait time to get the order taken, even worse time getting the order to table. The place was half empty. Udon over-cooked, wasabi bland and chalky. We were in the restaurant for 1.5 hours and we took 20 minutes to eat. Never once in the 45 minutes we waited for our food did they offer to fill water.
Food was ok, cleanliness and service I would say is sub par. 2 of the little serving platters had stuck food on them that someone didn't pay attention to after coming out of the dishwasher. Made me thurally check my other dishes. Waiter took out food order and promptly left, would be nice to offer drinks besides provided water.
