I came here Sunday evening because I was bored and Billy Mac’s was within walking distance. I planned to have a drink and a shot and then walk back to my hotel but it was really good vibes in there, so I stayed way longer than I had originally planned to. Came here for a later dinner. There was only one server/bartender but the crowd was small and she was friendly and efficient. The menu is American and Mexican. Plenty to choose from. The food was basic but good and served warm and the price was fair. We will go back and try other things in the future.

We were worried when we saw that the Avenue U Pub had changed hands, but Billy Mac's is really great, with a good selection of beers, and fast service on top-quality pub fare, served by a personable staff member.
