As an airline crew member, I flew to China, mostly Beijing, for 28 years straight. Candy and the staff at New Garden provide the most delicious and authentic Chinese food I’ve had in the states. It is a ritual of dining I savor.
There seemed to be many choices for vegan food here although one can rarely be certain. We had eggplant and tofu and a mixed vegetable dish. It was refreshing that the vegetable was mainly broccoli instead of peppers. Very satisfying and generous.
