I bought 1 1/2 lbs. of various flavors of Saltwater Taffy. I brought it home and tried the flavors and they were hard and not fresh. When I called on March 11,2025 at 5:45 pm and asked for a manager, the response was even more disappointing than the taffy! She told me that I let it get cold and that all “sales are final “ and hung up on me. I’ve been buying taffy there for years and definitely won’t again!
$2 Ice cream cones.. who can beat that?! Plus the owner (the candyman) is the sweetest man. free taffy samples when you soon the wheel!
On June 17, 2023, I placed an online order for taffy, but I never received an email confirmation. Luckily, I had a printed copy of my receipt. On June 24, 2023, I called the store to check if they received my order, only to be informed that they had no record of it. They asked me to email them the details, which I promptly did along with a copy of my receipt.
