It took 40 minutes for appetizers and 50 for the food. The rice felt and tasted like it was a couple days old and the veggies were very bland. The build your own soup was good, but there was some miscommunication/lack of understanding on the waitresses end that ended with me getting something that I was not expecting. My preferred location of our the two of them. Terrence is literally the best. Great food. Great service. I just wish they’d bring the snail roll back lol. It was just nori and rice with some sauces but it was so good.

Waited for my food almost 10 minutes. There was one or two customers. Food finally came, it was cold. Teriyaki wete covered with thick sauce- very salty! I didn't make an issue. At the end, I asked the waiter why the food took forever and it waz cold. His reply was he was busy and forgot about my food on the counter. Kind of take it or leave it. Unfortunately!
